Schade, dass das Personal kein Deutsch und kein English sprach, und auch nicht eine Sprachübersetzungsapp zur Hilfe zog.

Pěkné ubytování v centru se snídaní
Pros:

Pěkné ubytování v centru, klíče připravené v boxu, možnost parkování na náměstí kousek od hotelu ( lze platit přes aplikaci), prostorný dvoupokojový apartmán s minilednickou a rychlovarnou konvicí. Snídaně na výběr míchaná vajíčka, párky, slanina, sýry, salámy, jogurty, ovoce, zelenina, müsli, sladké.. za mě výborná. Personal velmi ochotny.

Schönes Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Ein schöner Hotel mit einem großen, schön ausgestattetem und sauberem Zimmer. Das Personal ist freundlich und Frühstück ist lecker. Die Lage in der Altstadt unweit vom Bahnhof ist sehr gut.

Top Lage! Schönes Hotel 🏨
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr lecker, sehr gute Lage, schönes großes Zimmer, alles da was man braucht!

Perfektes Erlebnis
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zentral in der Altstadt, direkt am Hauptplatz mit Parkplätzen direkt vor der Tür. Alles was fußläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und das Personal äußerst nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten 2 Apartments und haben beide bei großer Hitze draußen, dank der sehr leisen Klimaanlage einfach perfekt geschlafen. ich bin regelmäßig dort und werde sicher wiederkommen!

Pros:

Die Lage ist super und das ist vermutlich DAS herausragende Merkmal des Hotels. Das Frühstück ist okay, das Zimmer war sehr geräumig.

Cons:

- Kommunikation super schwierig, das Personal spricht so gut wie ausschließlich tschechisch. Die Rezeption ist nur sporadisch besetzt, vermutlich, wenn man weiß, daß Gäste kommen. Es ist NIEMAND telefonisch erreichbar, wenn die Rezeption nicht besetzt ist.
- Das Haus ist sehr schlecht geführt; Bei einem Aufenthalt von drei Nächten wurde das Zimmer nicht einmal gereinigt. Zur Frühstückszeit musste man warten, bis die Tür zu Rezeption/Frühstücksraum endlich zehn nach 8 aufgesperrt wurde. Dafür ging die Kaffeemaschine nicht, die Eier waren lauwarm und Servietten existierten nicht. Da ging dann nach meiner Frage nach Servietten jemand welche einkaufen...Der Frühstücksraum integriert in die Rezeption ist eine Zumutung, da extrem laut, zu klein, wenn viele Gäste gleichzeitig da sind und dunkel.
- Alle Infos nur auf Tschechisch
-Minibar leer, die Preisliste liegt aber dabei...
- Die Tür zu dem Gebäudeteil, in dem mein Zimmer lag, ist nicht zu schließen.
- Die Matratzen sind hart wie ein Brett.
- Es gibt keinen Hinweis auf die sehr schwierige Parksituation im Zentrum von Znojmo. Man muss den öffentlichen, gebührenpflichtigen Parkplatz nutzen - wenn denn etwas frei ist.

An ein Hotel habe ich da wirklich andere Ansprüche! Jede Pension, in der ich während meiner Reise war, war besser geführt und deutlich günstiger. Hier stimmt das Preis -/Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht.
