They did not even have shampoo, soap, or conditioner in the bathroom. The smell of the lobby was distinct. Bad breakfast and not worth the money at all.

Almost perfect hotel with some weakness
Pros:

Amazing area really close to Gimpo Airport and for a 3 star hotel breakfast and hotel room decemt

It has netflix on TV wifi not bad staff friendly and helpful

Cons:

The Hotel is a bit old and cleaning hours and breakfast hours arent comfortable

Cons:

It was disappointing to feel unwelcome upon arriving at the front desk. We arrived a couple of hours before the scheduled check-in time and simply wanted to leave our luggage before heading out. I’m not sure if the young man at the front desk was having a bad day, but we felt as though we weren’t particularly welcomed. I can’t say for certain why, but it did seem like he was noticeably warmer and more welcoming toward other guests who were Korean. Whether that was the case or not, it left us feeling uncomfortable and unfortunately had a significant impact on our overall impression of our stay.

駅からも近く、飲食店も多く困ることは何もありませんでした。
Pros:

部屋が広くてキャリーバックもゆったりと広げられます。

Cons:

シャワーをすると扉から水が漏れ出るのでマット等敷く物があれば良かった。
ホテルの入口がわかりにくかった。

For business purpose the hotel is fine.
Pros:

Good, and living location.

Cons:

Breakfast is Korean orientated. As a European traveler the choice for breakfast was very small.
The rooms are not 100% dark. The emergency exit light is too bright.
