Pets must be approved by the property, they can not be more than 2 pets and their maximum weight can be 15kg, the supplement will be €10 for the months of January to June and September to December, for the months of July and August will be €15. This supplement will be charged per pet per night.
The request of pet is only for the Double and Matrimonial Rooms. They cannot be accommodated in the rest of the rooms.
When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
Reservation modifications may be considered as a new reservation, and the rate may be updated according to the prices, availability and conditions established on the day the modification is requested.

,Es un hotel excelente, para personas con transporte propio; Pero para personas que tienen que moverse con el transporte publico, no tiene casi muchas opciones, ya que el único transporte mas cerca y disponible pasa cada hora.
Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Alles war wie in der Beschreibung angegeben und insgesamt waren wir zufrieden. Besonders positiv ist, dass ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden sind.
Unser Zimmer befand sich im 1. Obergeschoss. Es gibt jedoch keinen Aufzug, was für manche Gäste berücksichtigt werden sollte.
Wir wollten zusätzlich Frühstück kaufen. Leider gibt es montags kein Frühstücksbuffet. Stattdessen müssen die einzelnen Speisen separat bestellt und anschließend bezahlt werden. Das war etwas schade, da wir mit einem Buffet gerechnet hatten.
Ansonsten war alles gut und wir können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

No tiene ascensor. Aire acondicionado en mínimos. Bastante antiguo.
Con respecto al hotel, el silencio en la habitación fue muy agradable, aunque por la localización parecía que podría ser ruidoso.
El personal fue muy amable.
No utilizamos la piscina, así que no puedo opinar al respecto.
La cafetería agradable, a pesar de estar al lado de una gasolinera.
Las sillas de la terraza un poco incómodas, hubiera estado bien que tuvieran algún cojín, aunque estuviera dentro de la habitación para que no se estropee.
No tengo ninguna queja. Relación calidad / precio excelente

Aparcamiento 6€ al día. No usé la piscina. Cafeteria al lado para desayunar, Cerca en coche del spring festival. Taxi carisimo para llegar al festival. Habitacion grande con balcón. La habitaciones dan a la calle tipo motel; no oimos ningún ruido exterior.

La ubicación es lo q menos me gustó. Está lejos de Alicante, de la playa y del pueblo de San Juan.
Persönliches Gespräch und besonders: ;Mir wurde eine Urkunde vom 25. Ironman-Finish gedruckt und mit persönlicher, handschriftlicher MItteilung/(Wertschätzung überreicht. Sport verbindet, das Personal ist somit äußerst aufmerksam für ihre Gäste. Nochmal vielen dank für diese großartige Geste.
