Pros:

Las vistas de la ciudad

Cons:

El desayuno deja bastante que desear, bastante justo y la piscina pertenece al gimnasio que hay en las instalaciones del hotel y en donde dan clases de natación. Obligatorio gorro. No había sitio para bañarse. Deberían advertirlo

Pros:

I have stayed here many times more out of a sense of nostalgia and also because I like the location on top of the hill and it's also great to have a swimming pool and sauna

Cons:

This hotel gets more and more tired. None of the telephones in the room work. None of the safes work. Some of the items on the menu are never available and haven't been available for the last two years.. it could be so much better with just a few basic improvements

The most interesting place you'll stay in Cluj - and the best view
Pros:

This is a 1970s grande dame built with no expense spared at the time and not greatly modernised since. I loved the soc-mod architecture and the old-fashioned vibe, but it won't be for everyone. Time in many ways has stood still here, leaving the Belvedere as one of the vanishingly few places where you can still experience what it was like to be one of the Romanian elite circa 1985. You will either like this or you will not. The view, however, is sensational - easily the best in Cluj; my room was spotless; the swimming pool is genuinely impressive; and all the interactions with the staff were great. The Belvedere is, objectively, not the most swish hotel in town - but it is certainly the most interesting. I am already looking forward to coming back.

Cons:

Air con seemed past its best and didn't do much to cool the room down.

Pentru mine cu fiul meu cu probleme de sanatate fizica,Aleea Scărilor a fost la inceput o provocare apoi greu! ...Deci deplasare cu mașina ..greut cu locul de parcare sau comanda taxi !

Great location, service, but no A/C
Pros:

Easy access, amazing breakfast, exceptional breakfast and service

Cons:

We had three rooms and they all had problems with A/C, literally no A/C. The rooms are like if we travelled back to 1985 but clean. Everything goes down on my review because of no air conditioning.
