Very comfortable room, it’s a bit isolated but the shuttle is good. No bar or restaurant near by
Pros:

Huge room and comfortable bed

Cons:

Poor check in. Left in reception for 1.5 hours with no update. Not offered a drink or anything . At 9.30 breakfast had run out of bacon with no more available. Fine if you like waffles, pastries and tortillas

מכל עשרות המלונות שבהם שהינו בחופשותנו, זהו המלון היחיד שמעמיד מכונות כביסה ומייבשים לשימוש חופשי של האורחים וללא תשלום. זה, בצירוף חדר מרווח עם מרפסת נהדרת, ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד (ופל בלגי כשר) וצוות מאיר פנים, היה נהדר!

Cons:

חברים יקרים. אם כבר החלטתם לנקות את החדר רק פעם ביומיים, לפחות תחליפו מגבות ותרוקנו פחים. הרי לא הגיוני לאפשר בישול במטבח מלא בחדר, אבל להשאיר את הזבל ליום שלמחרת... גם אחרי שביקשנו במיוחד, זה לא קרה... חבל....

Visiting family for the weekend and would stay again.
Pros:

Location is great but not walkable to downtown if that’s what you need. We had a car so it was a short ride to get downtown.

Cons:

Some things were not fully cleaned unpon entering the room. Dust had collected on a number of things. For example the tissue holder was pretty dusty and there were only 2 tissues left in the box. Easy enough to be replaced but paying over $400/ nite, I expect better. If the tissue holder was actually cleaned, they would have realized it was basically empty. The coffee maker was not clean at all and I would advise not using it. Just get fresh coffee in the lobby. Breakfast was decent. About what you would expect at this kind of property. There’s definitely something you could grab. The bed and pillows were average. Not the most comfortable but it’s fine for a few nights. Again I’m taking the cost into consideration. To pay nearly $1,000 for two nites, in the off season, I would expect better.

Convenient location for concert goers
Pros:

Location was great for visiting Treehouse Brewing and SPAC. Staff were courteous and apologetic when our room was not ready at check in time. Room was nice as described. Breakfast provided in the morning was satisfactory.

Cons:

The price was quite high for 1 night and it was disappointing when our room was not ready on time since we were on a schedule.

Too much $$ but I guess that's Saratoga. Decent facilities though.
Pros:

Room was clean and spacious, except for shower area which was like a phone booth

Cons:

Had to pay $10 to park our car. SERIOUSLY??? For $300/night?? What do people usually do - Walk to the place? Just the principle really got under my skin. Breakfast was completely disorganized with folks wandering every which way, and food was just okay.
