We always love the convenience of the full-size fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and microwave when we stay at Homewood Suites. The location worked well for us.
The elevator was out of order the entire time we stayed with 2 toddlers... and they put us on a high floor without offering to move us. Navigating that was quite difficult. A staff member stated that this has happened frequently recently and it always takes several days to be fixed, though there was a sign at check-in saying management "hopes it will be fixed tomorrow." I guess there's no telling when that sign went up. Our dishwasher nearly came out of the wall when we opened it. Turns out it was never anchored on one side and came undone on the other. There were dirty dishes in the cabinet. The refrigerator was turned off and not cold when we got to our room as well as the handle being covered in a greasy white substance.

Room carpet tile corner made tripping often until glued down by staff.
Property was in good shape. The location right opposite the park was what we wanted and even though the hotel was full, it didnt feel too crowded. We also wanted a rerugerator so this was a good option.
The bed was quite soft and sagged. We did not find it comfortable. We asked to change rooms, but even though they said they had a few left, they would not accomodate us cause we booked through a third party.
The room was great with a nice setup for our family of 5 for 2 nights. The breakfast was the best free hotel breakfast that I have experienced. The location was convenient and not noisy. They thought of a lot of great functional features such as the separate vanity and sink with a built in night light. Free dinner on Wednesday nights! Free laundry!
The juice tasted a little like the freezer and the mattresses and sofa could have been more comfortable.
We didn't have to pay for parking and I hope that they don't charge other guests either.
location near the Saratoga State Park was great. Easy parking. Downtown very easy to get to.
The moment we walked in the receptionist were so nice and we eager to help with whatever we needed. The place is super clean and relaxing. We would stay again for sure.

It was close to Treehouse.
The bed was very squeaky. If I moved at all during the night it woke me up. That’s disappointing because the main activity you do at a hotel is sleep.
