Pros:

Staff was very helpful. When the housekeeper didn’t come at the scheduled time, the staff apologised and sent us a box of snacks as a gesture of courtesy. This shows their hospitality and we appreciated it. The free tea and coffee throughout the day was the bonus too.

Cons:

The location was a bit far and we had to take buses everywhere
