Top floor room with windows in roof so didn’t have a view , felt like we were in a box
The stairs and hallways were well lit. The neighbors were very quiet. It was helpful to have the washing machine, microwave, fridge, and even an iron for clothes. The bed was comfortable and clean, the soap provided in the shower smelled wonderful! The Church and my friend's places were within easy walking distance. I relied very much on the WIFI and it never failed me. I would love to stay there again some time.
It was a small challenge figuring out how the washing machine worked, but I understood eventually. Maybe there were instructions and I missed them.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was amazing, with a large balcony, the bathroom and facilities in the room were great, with a coffee machine and mini bar/fridge. Breakfast was excellent with so much choice available. We had an early flight home and the kitchen staff prepared us a packed breakfast at 6.20 am to take with us to the airport so we wouldn't miss out. Could not recommend this hotel enough. Location was great, near the river and a short walk from the old town main square.

The room was a decent size. Comes with functioning air conditioning.
Located next to a tram line, can hear screeching noises every 15 minutes or so - noise is worse on weekends, so ear plugs are provided by the hotel. Don't have much of a view of the outside from the room. Shower is a bit cramped, can't move around as much. Worst part, during September the area was plagued with green flies, cannot open windows or room will become infested.

The lift not reaching the top floor, coffee not particularly good for Italian people
Small and quiet hotel very close to the center. We had a good breakfast and it was clean and tidy.

Posizione dell'hotel comodissima, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. colazione varia (sia dolce che salata), abbondante e ottima. staff molto disponibile. le nostre stanze (abbiamo dovuto cambiare stanza perchè per il giorno successivo quella che avevamo prenotato per la prima notte non era disponibile), che erano entrambe sull'interno, erano molto silenziose. acqua sia gassata che naturale disponibile in struttura per il refill.
Unica pecca, ma più di booking che dell'hotel, che nessuno ci ha informati che per entrare in auto nella città di Cracovia, era necessario registrare il proprio veicolo (l'abbiamo scoperto solo grazie a Google Maps che ci ha allertati). Registrarsi non è stato proprio semplissimo ma dovremmo avercela fatta. Penso che per gli hotel situati in città in cui sono limitazioni all'ingresso dei veicoli sarebbe importante segnalarlo prima della finalizzazione della prenotazione
