No hay recepción. Muchísimo ruido de las habitaciones cercanas y del piso superior. La visita a la cafetería os la podéis ahorrar. Personal seco, desayuno cutre, cubiertos sucios.

Habitación bonita y amplia. Personal desagradable.
Pros:

Habitación limpia y bastante grande, muy bonita decorada. La cama era cómoda. El baño amplio, con bañera. Limpio también. La recepcionista, muy desagradable, no sonrió en ningún momento, pareciera enfadada con nosotras por llegar. Por desgracia estaban de fiestas en Pedraza y la música duró hasta las 5 de la mañana, pero eso no es culpa del hotel...

Cons:

La chica que nos proporcionó las llaves. Muy arisca y poco amable. Pareciera molestarle nuestra llegada.

La habitación.

Cons:

Qué los huéspedes que ocupaban la habitación no sé fueran a su hora y que la dirección del centro no tomara cartas en el asunto y estuvimos 45 minutos esperando en la calle. La única que se disculpó fue la camarera de pisos.

El suelo radiante no enfriaba y el ventilador de techo hacia mucho ruido. No hay recepción, nos dio las llaves un señor y no me volvimos a ver. Si tienes algún problema te comunicas por teléfono

Trabajo tremendo para poner en valor todo el solar que ocupa la hostería y la cafetería, muy buen gusto manteniendo lo tradicional.
