Un hôtel qui fait partie de l'expérience Lecce
Pros:

Très bel hôtel dans un batiment historique, très bien situé, juste à l'entrée du centre historique donc accessible en 2 minutes à pied après avoir franchi la "porte" d'acces à la ville (le plus dur sera de vous garer). Un acceuil et un personnel charmant, aux petits soins. Une chambre superbe (celle avec l'arbre peint sur le mur) avec un équipement 5 étoiles. Ne manquez pas le très beau spa (en supplément mais totalement privatisé). Le petit dej est excellent avec beaucoup de choix. On a passé un très bon moment dans cet hôtel.

La situation de l'hôtel.
Le personnel très disponible et efficace.

Cons:

Les suppléments parking 40 euros, le spa à payer à l'heure et sur rendez-vous, le jus d'orange 3,50, au petit déjeuner qui est servi à une table collective.
Il ne faut pas s'attendre à un palais mais à plusieurs immeubles reliés entre eux par une cour et des escaliers difficiles à monter pour des gens d'un certain âge. Le prix de 900 euros la nuits me semble ahurissants et j'ai l'impression de m'être fait escroqué par Booking.

This was an exceptional place to stay. All the team were amazing and could not do more for us.
Pros:

5 star breakfast stunning presentation, beautiful table decorations and the breakfast team were fantastic and could not have been more lovely.
The location of the hotel was perfect for us to discover the historical splendour of Lecce

Cons:

We were there early in the season and the roof top bar was not open. We look forward to returning later on in the year.
There was absolutely nothing we did not like about this property.

Séjour fabuleux dans un hôtel de charme
Pros:

Hôtel plein de charme. Le SPA est tout simplement exceptionnel. Les chambres sont décorées avec beaucoup d’élégance, et le personnel se distingue par sa gentillesse, son attention et sa disponibilité. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, servi sous forme de buffet. Quant à l’emplacement de l'hôtel, il est idéal : à deux pas de la rue principale de Lecce et de la plupart des sites à visiter, tout en restant au calme.

Le service voiturier est un peu cher.

Amazing property, locato
Pros:

The location of this property was outstanding for touring the historical center of Lecce. The palazzo is beautiful and the staff make the experience one of a kind.
They even went out of the way to coordinate a delicious birthday cake and balloons in the room with candles to blow out for my son’s birthday.
Our room was very spacious and comfortable with good beds.
Breakfast was in a gorgeously decorated dining room and the staff were always available to answer questions on text, help with luggage and gave recommendations on places to see when we arrived. It was a wonderful stay on our week in Puglia.

Le lieu en lui-meme: un ancien monastère. La deco. Le personnel trés acceuillant et chaleureux. Le service au top. La chambre: grande, propre, belle. La situation en plein centre de la vieille ville.
