Zentrale Lage, kleine Probleme wurden sofort behoben,

Cons:

Leselampe funktionierte nicht. Bedingt durch die Lage war der Durchgangsverkehr und Steaßenlärm hörbar

OK for a quick stay. Fair price for Frankfurt/Offenbach.
Pros:

The room was big but not as comfortable as expected from the images. There is enough public parking nearby though, which was good.

Cons:

The entry was difficult to find and there is no direct car-access to the hotel. The safe in the room did not work and I had to wait quite long twice for the staff to come to open the safe. One lamp in the bathroom did not work.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber.Alles in allem gut.

Cons:

Das Fenster ließ sich nicht ordentlich schließen und öffnen.Die Regendusche hat nicht funktioniert und das Duschgestell war so locker,dass ich Angst hatte,es abzureißen.Der Duschkopf war aber super und der Wasserdruck sehr gut.Ich hätte mir zudem gewünscht,dass es zum Wasserkocher Tee oder Kaffeepulver gegeben hätte und ausreichend Geschirr in der kleinen Küche ( 2 Kaffeelöffel statt nur einem) aber das sind Kleinigkeiten.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist toll.

Cons:

Das ganze Hotel riecht nach dem knoblauchlastigen Essen, das im Restaurant darunter zubereitet wird.
Die sogenannte Klimaanlage ist eine Art Kühlbox unter dem Fenster, die einen Höllenlärm macht, aber das Zimmer nicht kühlt.
Es gab leider keine Kopfkissen in 40x80, und die vorhandenen Kissen waren klumpig.
Außerdem wurden die Zimmer nicht täglich gemacht.

Pros:

Gute Lage, ausreichend große Zimmer, WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei

Cons:

Rezeption gefühlt die Hälfte der Zeit nicht besetzt, keine Rollläden und die Vorhänge waren nicht lang genug - man ist früh morgens vom Licht aufgewacht, was sehr störend war leider.
