Ankommen und einfach wohlfühlen
Pros:

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Unser großes, schickes Zimmer hatte einen riesigen Balkon, bequeme Betten und war top sauber. Kaum zu übertreffen ist der Wellnessbereich mit seinem Innen- und Außenpool, Saunen, verschiedenen Relaxzonen und wunderschönem Garten. Das gesamte Personal war überaus zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Überragend war das leckere Frühstück, bei dem alle erdenklichen Wünsche erfüllt wurden.

Cons:

Beim Abendessen hätten wir uns im gehoben preislichen Sektor etwas mehr an handwerklicher Handschrift erwartet. Doch dies ist lediglich ein kleiner Kritikpunkt, der stets in Abhängigkeit des Einzelnen steht.

Pros:

Wellness und Ruhe - es war toll! Als Zwischenübernachtung vorm Abflug und als Einstimmung auf den Urlaub besucht. Pools, Saunen, Frühstück super.

Cons:

Die Matratze war viel zu weich.

Teure Übernachtung in superschmalem Bett und mit Dauerton von Küchenentlüftung. Kein Entgegenkommen seitens Leitung hinsichtlich Zimmerwechsel - noch nicht mal der Versuch einer Lösung...

Kann man die Seele baumeln lassen und den stressigen Alltag etwas vergessen.

Wir würden wiederkommen und es Freunden und Bekannten empfehlen.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und Reichhaltig.
Der Außenpool war sehr kalt, aber bei richtiger Vorbereitung konnte man ihn nutzen.
Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, Zentral gelegen zu den umliegenden Städten und Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Die Matratze war sehr hart.

Mitarbeiter bemüht, aber Zuständigkeiten schienen teilweise unklar
Aussenpool, obwohl ab 8.00 Uhr ausgewiesen, erst ab 10.00 Uhr nutzbar, da die Reinigung zu spät gestartet wurde
Aussensauna(90 Grad) war nicht zur ausgewiesenen Zeit nutzbar, Öffnung erst auf Nachfrage, dann wurde zunächst beheizt…
