Room was clean, reception clean
We were not aware that part of the hotel was being used to accommodate people on bail. We were woken up in the early hours by the sound of banging and shouting then a car smashing into another car in the car park the narrowly missing our car. The police were called which was when we discovered the hotel was used for people on bail. Not what we expected at all
Lovely clean room was perfect for our one night stay! We arrived an hour early for check in but they let us in straight to our room which was great after a long journey. Thanks very much!!

Parking was a issue.
The key code was difficult to operate.
The room was extremely small and very very hot.
The Tv didn’t work until i fiddled with the electrics and the screen was misty.
It had everything i needed plus breakfast was included

I waited 45 minutes to get in to the building. There was a note on the front door saying back in 10 minutes. I was there with another couple who were also waiting.
Had everything we needed and great to have a room on the ground floor, thanks for being so accommodating of us . Fabulous breakfast!!
Location wasn't great very dirty neighbourhood lot's of single males running in and out of buildings ,
Stained bedding , pillow was like a builders block , bathroom dirty , arrived mid day and had to stand around in the rain until someone arrived to open the building , we asked for rooms close to each other as disabled daughter but on different floors even though they said they could accommodate ,
