Perfect location. Very clean and I felt safe as a solo female traveller.

Customer service. Mohammed was very professional, welcoming and helpful with booking a taxi for me in the morning

I felt very nervous during my stay
Pros:

Location was not good lots of people hanging around the car park smoking. Children running around in grounds during the evening not staying at the hotel. Lady making breakfast was polite but breakfast was very dissapointing.

Cons:

Tea and coffee facilities in room was not adequate and nobody around to ask to replemish

Pros:

The room didn't have heating, intercom or a comfortable table.

Cons:

The service and breakfast delivery was a Disaster. The management didn't know the difference between service delivery in South East Asia and modern day Wales. Staff was an old woman who clearly didn't understand what customers want.

Breakfast took over 30 minutes to be ready and the menu was miserable.
