Só gostei da localização do hotel. Não mudei para outro hotel, pois só permaneci por uma diária.
Pros:

Localização em Miraflores, próximo a tudo.

Cons:

WiFi não funciona nem no quarto e nem nos ambientes comuns ao hotel. O Box só caia água pelo cano que enche a banheira, e não pelo chuveiro. Água não esquentava bem. Acesso ao chuveiro somente passando pela banheira, então quem tem dificuldade de locomoção ou pessoa idosa, terá dificuldade, e eu não recomendo.

Estadia 4 noches.
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta en un sector seguro con gran variedad de servicios. El Desayuno muy completo y personal amable.

Cons:

Las camas durisimas poco cómodas, el aire acondicionado muy antiguo y ruidoso. En general por las noches se sentía mucho ruido, ya sea por los aires acondicionados, la puerta del ascensor o cañerías.

Pros:

El desayuno 10/10, sin duda uno de los puntos más altos del hotel.

Cons:

Me ubicaron en la habitación 335 que colindaba a un lugar interior del hotel que daba con las cajas externas de los aires acondicionados y no dejaban de sonar, fue molesto, pero interfirió en mi descanso.

Pros:

Location was excellent. Walking distance to supermarket, restaurants, coffee shops, and about a 15min walk to Museo De Sitio Pucllana. Water pressure in the shower was strong which was great. Free breakfast had generous offerings and variety. Laundry service was fast and efficient.

Cons:

Air conditioning was not working (room 229) and it was very warm to sleep at night or even just rest in the room between activities. Towels were old, thinning and had several old stains. The bed was stiff like cardboard. Hallways were dimly lit and outdated.

Comfortable bed

Cons:

The staff! I have 2 nationalities, when I checked in they wanted me to charge more than what booking asked because I showed the ID from the nationality that I did not use to book in booking. They gave a hard time until I showed them the other nationality.

Also, the curtains in the bathroom were dirty and all the water was in the floor. I requested if someone can clean it up, they said yes, but no one never showed up.

I am glad I stayed only 1 night.

Good value for a stay in Miraflores
Pros:

The rooms are decently comfortable and the shower is good with a traditional bathtub. There was an air-conditioner in the room as well as a small window. Wifi is stable. The breakfast is good with many good buffet options. I found the room to be very quiet despite being downtown.

Cons:

I found the staff to be somewhat cold compared to other hotels in Peru but some were also friendly. What disappointed me the most was that I reserved a taxi through the reception desk and the girl told me I would be able to pay with credit card but after getting to the airport, the driver told me it was only cash. I had to take cash out just to pay him and the fees at the airport are outrageous. Very disappointed at this, should have just reserved an Uber instead. Despite this, would still stay here again.
