Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

The property is currently having a major hacking and slightly dusty during the renovation time. The renovation work will be from 7th January 2025 until 26th February 2025. The renovation work timing is from 10.00 am until 6.00 pmPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

Location was good and very convenient in terms of food and shopping at Lotus

Cons:

It's good if the hotel management can prepare better quality toiletries and keep a fragrance bottle in the room to absorb the unwanted odour before switching on the air conditioner.

Pros:

The room was clean but sad because I requested 1 full bed yet still get twin bed . But s ok still manageable

Cons:

Very dissatisfied this time bcoz , first the tv Not functions till we HV to call Mantainance to fix it then Mrng started bck to download ... Final also couldn't watch anything . Second the sink water tap spoiled the water splash out here n there .. there is no Mineral water in room. We HV to keep calling fr each things to receptions .
