Good facilities/hotel spoilt by poor restaurant management.
Pros:

Good sized clean room, comfortable big bed and great shower. Staff were helpful and helpful and clear. Car parking was on site and a bed and food/water bowls were included in the room.

Cons:

The breakfast area was dysfunctional with no logical layout. ALL the coffee/hot water dispensers were not working leading to long queues to get hot drinks.

Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast had a good selection. Staff was friendly and super helpful with everything :) Nice location as both bus and train are close by to take you into the centre!

Good hotel but doesn’t worth for the price.
Pros:

Friendly staff, comfortable stay, average location.

Cons:

1 light was broken and another was flickering. TV was new but neither airplay nor smart apps were working.

Pros:

This hotel is lovely.
Check-in was quick, the room was a good size and had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in.
We didn't dine or have drinks there but the restaurant area looked lovely.
It was a perfect location for our gig at the Hydro.

Cons:

We wanted to have a drink before heading out but were turned away as we weren’t dining, which was a little disappointing but we found a lovely pub nearby.

Pros:

All the staff made us feel special. Breakfast was superb.

Cons:

I found air conditioning unit difficult to get right. If it was on the room was cold, if we turned it off it reverted back to 25c and was far too hot. Maybe I was at fault.

Muy cómodo para visitar la parte más moderna de Glasgow y como puerta a las Highlands.
Pros:

Hicimos noche en el hotel a la ida y la vuelta de las Highlands y las Hébridas interiores, por su excelente comunicación y parking propio, y aprovechamos para visitar el Waterfront, Kelvingrove y Finnieston.
El personal es muy atento y servicial, el check-in y el checkout se resolvió en un minuto, todo estaba preparado con antelación, y siempre hay alguien en recepción para resolver cualquier duda.
El hotel está equipado para convenciones, pero, sobre todo, para atender a los artistas y grupos musicales que actúen en el cercano OVO Hydro, la decoración, instalaciones y el bar de la terraza (nosotros no lo visitamos pero se veía muy animado) pueden satisfacer cualquier exigencia.
Las habitaciones son cómodas, modernas, bien equipadas y tienen unas magníficas vistas del río Clyde y el Waterfront.
El desayuno es muy completo. En general el hotel es muy recomendable.

Cons:

La única pega del hotel son las obras en el entorno, que dificultan el acceso.

Vistas espectaculares del Waterfront.
Pros:

Está muy bien situado para visitar Finnieston, Kelvingrove y el Waterfront a pie, que era nuestra intención. La zona de teatros y la catedral quedan algo más lejos.
Las instalaciones son modernas, con vistas espectaculares al Waterfront y el río Clyde. Las habitaciones son cómodas, bien equipadas y limpias. El desayuno muy bien, a elegir entre desayuno escocés o continental. El café lo puedes pedir en barra a tu gusto.

Cons:

El entorno está en obras, y está un poco complicado para acceder con vehículo, y las vistas a pie de calle no son las más bonitas. Pero el parking del hotel es ámplio y muy cómodo, y merece la pena. La salida tanto hacia las Highlands y Loch Lomond, como hacia Edimburgo, es muy directa.
