Enjoyed the room and bed was comfortable. Shower was good too and room was overall warm and cosy.

Cons:

Having to ask the reception for more tea bags as there was only 2 teabags on arrival. We are tea drinkers and should not have had to ask for extra teabags.. we ate at sky red and booked a table and some food on the menu was unavailable. Surly you had numbers for booking and should have had adequate amount of food to choose from. Limited menu. Table was too small to eat at Having to sit on high chairs.

Would stay again
Pros:

Staff were all very friendly and happy to help. Room was clean and allowed me to change rooms when I found our 1st floor room was a little dark. Room was clean and had a lovely view. Despite building works at the front, you could not hear them and don't affect the stay at all. Breakfast had lots of choices and staff were all efficient. Afternoon tea in Sky Bar was very nice.

Cons:

Lifts were a little confusing.
Staff in Sky Bar were a little slow and often disappeared into the kitchen leaving people hanging around looking for them at the bar. They were very friendly though and gave a good description of the foods in the afternoon tea.
It was quite expensive for the room.
Would have been nice to have the mirror next to the window for better lighting!

Excellent stay, Brilliant for the OVO
Pros:

Couldn’t fault the location or cleanliness. The hotel itself was comfortable with good options for food and drink. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great view from a seventh floor room.

Booked 2 junior suites as residents you should have red sky lounge available. Could not get table all weekend had to sit outside which was unacceptable

Super close to SEC so location wise very handy for what we needed it for. Very easy check in and check out

Cons:

No bath, not the most comfortable pillows. Most diappointley though our tv didn’t work with screen share, we were really excited to have a quiet movie night away from the kids and ended up having to hunch around our laptop for the night which was less than ideal when we paid so much for the room

Given the reason most people stay is for the location the management of roof top bar should be addressed
Pros:

Nice hotel great location we stayed because of that to attend a concert, we planned to have light supper and drinks in the roof top bar

Cons:

The staff in the bar were extremely rude - the alleged manager mutter under her breath as she walked away ‘ stupid bitch ‘ after a tense conversation with me about taking our table back despite having just ordered and not yet received £80 worth of food, the management of the bar is shocking - and the food is terrible
