Room was clean and nice.
Staff was not friendly, not helpful and at times rude. When I put the room keys down on the desk the lady replied “IN THE BOX”. If you would know a name and room number they will give you a key; not safe.
The breakfast was horrendous; scrambled eggs were just a pot of slime, bacon was unchewable, and hard to believe the yogurt tasted awful, the strawberries and other berries were soggy and super sour. The coffee made us nauseated.
For a hotel this expensive it is outrageous that you need to ASK for the room to be cleaned. We forgot to ask and then had to go to the desk since the cleaning person could not take our request directly.
Elevator has wrong floor numbers.
The top floor restaurant does not offer real food even when the other restaurant is closed.
If they would be as client oriented as they are to look fancy then things would match.
Very much left with the feel that they don’t care since it is a conference hotel and you will not return anyway. Absolutely not worth the money.

Sky bar was booked out so we couldn't get a seat , that was the reason we booked this hotel, and late at night we managed to get a seat after we were out to dinner, but all the tables were full of empty glasses.
The Staff were pleasant and the Room was spacious and clean
On arrival- there was a Very loud party going at full swing across from reception, there were a lot of very drunk people and it was not what we expected- it made the entrance very "Down Market" - we were also made to wait an enormous and slow queue to be seen at reception- there were far too few staff and we found it very difficult to hear what the Lady was saying due to the noise of the Party- I'm afraid it made the Hotel feel very low class for us and we certainly would re-visit
Disabled access room best we have seen. Particularly impressed with the automatic door to the room.
Only downside was the breakfast which was a bit basic.
No worse than other budget chains though.
