We enjoyed the overall stay but had a few issues along the way.
Pros:

Everyone in our family love legoland hotels, we have been to others and always enjoy it. Room was clean and great when going into legoland theme park of a daytime

Cons:

I dislike the amount I paid and still couldn't get access to the pool even for a short time with my kids who love the brick play at other legoland resorts. I was told seen as I booked on booking.com that all the places were already reserved and even though it was $500aud per night i couldn't access the pool. We travelled from australia and it was a highlight of other legoland resorts to use the pool etc. My kids were very disappointed with this.
I also disliked that I was not given any information about the extra things I could book while staying like the brick man lego building for kids. By the time I knew it was on I was told I could no longer book as we were leaving the next day so were no longer technically guests to be able to book.
All in all I found other legolands around the world to be more inviting and willing to let me know things regardless of any language barrier. Malaysia legoland has been our favourite by a fair bit.

楽しかったです!サイコー！
Pros:

・朝食会場に遊び場があり、子どもも楽しんでいた
・エントランスにレゴがあり、チェックイン時から楽しめた
・プールを利用でき、楽しんでいた
・プールの水の深さが、浅いところから深いところまであり、小さい子どもも楽しめた
・エレベーターに乗るだけで、中がパーティのようで楽しかった
・ホテルの部屋には、おもちゃがもらえる仕掛けがあったり、レゴブロックもあったので、子どもがすごく楽しんでいた。
・2段ベッドがあり、普段親と一緒じゃないと寝ない子どもも、目新しさからそこに入り、寝ることができた！
・朝食バイキングで、フルーツやヨーグルトがあり、子供にも食べさせやすかった
・宿泊者サービスで、レゴランドのプールを確約できて良かった
・水のペットボトルが用意してあって、助かった

Cons:

・ホテルの室内が、靴を脱いで入り、小さい子がハイハイしても裸足でいても動けたらもっといいと思った

Pros:

お部屋も子供が大興奮で、トレジャーハントも楽しめて、朝食も豊富で子供が遊んでいるのを見守りながら大人もゆっくり食べれてよかった！

Cons:

プールと脱衣所の狭さ。急いでも人が多くて水着の脱水ができなかったので、洗濯室があるといい。

Only good part was seeing kids happy face.
Pros:

Kids loved the hotel and the room was big for Japanese hotel.

Cons:

If you get to the hotel late, there is no place to eat dinner. I recommend to pick up bento or something before you get there if you arrive later than 7pm. Literally there is NOTHING around there. We tried to order room service, but there was no phone in the room, so you have to use your phone service or WhatsApp. We didn’t have either of them, so I had to go to the reception to order.

The walls are thin. We could hear all the voices from the hallway.

Even though check-in time is 4pm, I recommend to get there early to enjoy all the hotel guests only benefits. There were in-park benefits were included which I didn’t know, so make sure you stop by the hotel reception before entering the park.

ホテルなのに浴衣なのも疑問です。
プールの予約も、レセプションから連絡がいっていなかったのか、決して気分の良い対応ではありませんでした。
ルームサービスは部屋の電話からオーダーするように書かれていたのですが、どこを探しても部屋の電話は見つからず。レセプションに行くと自分の電話から、電話をかけるように言われました。間違った情報が記載されているだけでなく、自分の携帯からかけなくてはいけないなんて、不便極まりないです。レセプションの方が親切でオーダーしてくださったのが救いでした。
平日の宿泊費だったので良かったですが、これが繁忙期の宿泊費だったら、本当に価値無しです。
子どもたちがすごく喜んでくれただけが救いでした。

The experience of the property was second to none, you are fully immersed in the Legoland world which feeds into clean comfortable and practical facilities. The staff were amazing and the party elevators were a hit. Once in a lifetime experience for us but would go back in a heartbeat
