Improve your communication
Pros:

Not much really. The noise from planes landing at Samui Airport is not that bad.

Cons:

Smelly water in the bathrooms. Unclear communication upon checkin. Expensive transfer 150m down the road to the ferry that originally they said was included.

Amazing stay, would go again!
Pros:

Amazing place! Everyone working there were super lovely and helpful. They helped sort transfers out and room was perfect!

Cons:

The location is also amazing - right on the beach! They also have amazing scuba diving on site with very trusted professionals :)

Beautiful hotel that has been there since the 90s. Fresh and right on the beach. Near the ferries and the airport.
Pros:

Near the airport by cap, stayed one night. Also near the ferries to koh phangan + koh tao. Pleasant stay right on the beach.

Cons:

Nothing - everything was good

Pros:

Die Lage war gut direkt am Meer, die Zimmer wirklich sehr ruhig obwohl direkt dahinter eine Baustelle war und die Flugzeuge direkt über der Anlage starten und landen, im Zimmer hört man nichts davon

Cons:

Ein Pool war stark veralgt, der andere dafür sehr gepflegt, Leider ware der check in und der check out recht unproffesionell/unhöflich, das Personal im Restaurant spricht leider kein Englisch und beim Checkout rannte ein Mitarbeiter quer über die Anlage an mir vorbei einfach ins Zimmer obwohl ich bei der Rezeption gesagt habe wir brauchen noch 5 Minuten

Comodità vicino al molo di Koh Samui
Pros:

La struttura in generale è abbastanza comoda. Siamo stati solo una notte.
Le spiagge in quella zona non sono un granché, ma è super comodo e consigliato se dovete spostarvi con il traghetto per raggiungere Koh Tao e Koh Phangan

Next to beach, but Standard Room is too basic and old.
Pros:

Good location in front of the beach,  with restaurants and shops around.
Nice facilities and very nice seaside.
Nice staff

Cons:

Expensive for what is included.
Kettle is not available in the standard room option, what is basic to grab a tea/coffee when getting up.
Cash payment as deposit for the room key is not reasonable .
Bathroom very small and shower over the WC.
Not possible check in before 2pm, regardless the availability

המקום קרוב לפיר של המעבורת וזה מאד נח.
בריכות השחייה נחמדות ונקיות. שתיים מול הים.
המרחב מאד נקי ומטופח. הצוות אדיב

Cons:

המיטה לא נוחה. המזרון קשה והכריות קשות. היה חם מאד בחדר רק מאוורר. רחוק מהמרכז, צריך להתנייד עם מוניות
החדרים הזולים מעבר לכביש ולא קרוב לים.
