Pros:

The staff were good and friendly, especially at the cafe. The location near a mall and lot of small shops along the street. But it can be disturbingly loud during night especially weekend when it roaming with hundreds and hundreds of illegal racers.

we kwamen laat aan en moesten ook weer vroeg weg naar het vliegveld. Maar de korte indruk was goed! vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Schone kamer en goed sanitair. De taxi service naar het vliegveld in de vroege ochtend was perfect!

Cons:

Room doors would beep continuously if they are propped open and the doors are not sound proof, so noise is often an issue depending on other guests. It takes several reminders for staff to provide towels on day of arrival.

Pros:

Firm bed. Good range of options for breakfast. Loved the breakfast with a view. A lovely introduction to Padang. Good standard of cleanliness. Friendly and helpful staff. Still accommodated us even though we had not paid - issue with paying.

Cons:

Nice fluffy towels would be great and 2 each (mine was threadbare). Extra pillows also. I need to sleep raised due to a hernia. A non-slip bath mat would make the bathroom safer. Maybe some chilli indicators on food so that we can pick non-spicy options - chilli crossed out…one chilli =mild, 2 chilli = medium, 3 chilli = hot 🥵 😁
