Közel az Ocean-terminálhoz, az áruházakhoz, rengeteg étterem, pub 3 perces séta távolságra. Kedves a személyzet. A szoba jól felszerelt, még egy kis konyha is van a szobában.

Great place for exploring the waterfront!
Pros:

The breakfast, what's great and the staff was very helpful including arranging taxis to the ship! Central to all the sites.

Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. One of the best things was the staff — they were very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.

They kindly upgraded our rooms, which was a lovely surprise. Also, when I needed some documents printed, one of the staff members at reception was very helpful and printed them for me without any problem.

The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and overall everything was well maintained and comfortable.

Cons:

The only downside was that there was no telephone in the room, so if we needed something, we had to go down to reception instead of simply calling them from the room.

Not the care and trouble free experience hoped for
Pros:

Nice staff, good location

Cons:

Creaky beds, confusing power switches, a backed up shower drain that prevented showering, and that no one cared to ask how my stay was when I checked out, but they didn’t hesitate to ask for a good review.

Good night stay before and after a cruise.
Pros:

Room had a loft where our daughter and granddaughter slept. The 3 1/2 year old thought it was wonderful. Steep steps, so she had to be supervised going up and down.

Also had a small kitchen area with hot plate, toaster, sink, refrigerator and dishwasher. Utensiles are in the cabinets.

Cons:

Not anything that we didn't like. Bit of a hike to the cruise terminal.
