Good central location to town ,and we're able to accommodate us at very short notice for a 4 day stay.

Fantastic service. We were warmly greeted by Fernando, who was incredibly helpful as were all staff - they went above and beyond. Rooms were lovely, clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

Great hotel, far exceeded expectations. Very friendly check I'm from Ronald. Room was a really good size, with a mezzanine bed for our child. Clean, great AC, lots of thoughtful touches and fab shower.
Breakfast was included for us - good selection on the menu and great service from Reece (Rhys? Didn't check spelling of his name - sorry!), who was also brilliant with our son.
We'd definitely stay here again.

Very central location, with most friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and facilities good. The room was quiet and bright. The lifts were rapid with little waiting time. The lounge area was comfortable pleasant. The parking was convenient.

We had a lovely stay at Room2 Southampton! The staff was excellent and helpful! Great bar and yummy breakfast. The rooms were clean and just what we needed. Easy walk to take in some sights of the area! I would definitely stay at Room2 again and would highly recommend it as well!

Our stay at Second Natuee (formerly Room2) was absolutely exceptional, largely thanks to Justine. From the moment we arrived, her attention to detail was evident in every interaction, nothing felt like a scripted routine, it was warm, genuine care from start to finish. She anticipated needs before we even had to ask and made the entire stay feel personal rather than transactional. The establishment itself matches that same level of thoughtfulness in its design and service. If you're looking for a place where the staff genuinely make the experience, ask for Justine, she is unmatched.

Loved the location, price was good, room was large and clean. Enjoyed the bar/cafe and the park across the street. Also close walking distance to Oxford Street. Would stay here again.

Great staff - incredibly helpful and friendly. Love their corporate ethos of sustainability and minimizing waste. Enjoyed the breakfast too.

Room was spacious and the breakfast was top notch, love that you could order off the menu, rather than a buffet with food that had been sitting there for to long.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in for business anywhere in the UK. The rooms were spotlessly clean, modern, well furnished. There are plugs by the bed and great AC in this hot weather. The shower had a good pressure. The staff were very polite and the breakfast was perfectly cooked. I honestly could not find a fault anywhere. Great experience and I will come back to here and/or this chain. The price was reasonable also.

We stopped by, as we were walking home & thought that’s a nice looking bar. The bar staff were chatty & very friendly, we enjoyed our decaf espresso martinis so much we revisited the following evening.
We’re also looking in the future maybe staying in one of there rooms. Thank you for your kindness & obviously yummy cocktails. X

We stayed here during our 2 day trip to Paultons Park/peppa pig world on June 17th. The manager (Justine, sorry if I’m incorrect) and her team could not of been more welcoming, from the moment we arrived with parking. Beautiful large room, with everything we could need (even the cot was all made for our little one) so helpful with restaurant advice and such an amazing cooked and very tasty breakfast! The manager and her team were so personable, helpful and great with our little ones. Thank you so much.
