Erholung und Sport mit Kind
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Viele Sportangebote und einen schönen Spabereich. Auch für Familien geeignet. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Leider ist der Strand vom Der von den Gänsen so verunreinigt, dass ich weder dort schwimmen gehen würde, noch mein Kind auf der Wiese oder im Sand spielen lassen würde.

Tolles Hotel mit Nachbesserungsbedarf
Pros:

Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich gut. Blick über den Maschsee auf das Rathaus. Fantastisch. Auch der Spa-Bereich ist super.

Cons:

Das Personal am Tresen ist für den Hotelbetrieb schlecht geschult. Zwar nett aber bei Fragen kaum eine Hilfe. Im Hochsommer bei Temperaturen über 30 Grad fehlte zumindest ein Lüfter und vor allem eine Minibar. Getränke konnten so nicht gekühlt werden. Bei dem Übernachtungspreis eigentlich eine Selbstverständlichkeit. Zugang zum Badesee war wegen Entenplage gesperrt. Schade.

Pros:

Wasser und Tee im Zimmer zur Verfügung, sehr freundliches Personal. Bistro (allerdings nur bis 21 Uhr offen, schon vorher nur noch wenig Snacks - ungünstig für späte Anreise). Parkmöglichkeiten hervorragend. Zimmerservice perfekt. Frühstück ist ausreichend, jedoch für 23,- Euro nicht sehr vielfältig.

Cons:

Ein Kühlschrank hat gefehlt. Zimmer sind von anderen Hotelgästen übe die Terrasse einsehbar. Benötigte Rechnung vor Anreise mitgeteilt, am Abend vor der Abreise und am Abreisetag erneut mitgeteilt. Drei Tage nach Abreise telefonisch angefordert, dann erst per Mail erhalten.

Location next to a wonderful lake

Cons:

The room had neither air conditioning nor a fridge, and overall there was nothing particularly special about it. It certainly did not offer good value for money.

Privacy was also a major issue. We shared what was essentially one large terrace with the other guests, and people using the gym could easily see into the room while exercising.

The property really needs to decide whether it wants to be a premium gym or a hotel, as the accommodation experience falls well short of the quality of the fitness facilities.

Die Hotelgäste leiden unter den Clubmitgliedern
Pros:

Die Lage am Maschsee ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Der Sparbereich ist überfüllt gewesen und 90% der Gäste liefen in und um die Saunen mit Badebekleidung herum, obwohl es überall als Textilfreier-Bereich ausgezeichnet war. Das Personal im Bistro konnte die Menschenmenge nicht händeln.

Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich toll! Und das Spa ist wirklich schön.
Personal war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Wir haben es als störend empfunden, dass die Outdoor Kurse mit lauter Musik begleitet wurde. Wir konnten dadurch draußen nicht liegen.

Zudem haben wir das Frühstück mit 25€ als sehr teuer empfunden. Es gibt nur eine extra Kaffee Getränk nach Wunsch. Das Auswahl ist ok, aber für den Preis nicht angemessen. Wir würden nächstes Mal auswärts frühstücken.

Unique experience and saved to list for family trips
Pros:

1. super big and very comfortable room, definitely worth the price! Every room got big window facing the lake, I enjoyed it so much.
2. I wasn’t planning to have breakfast in hotel because the reviews for their breakfast are so different from each other， but I didn’t find any place in the morning so I gave it a try. It turns out great, similar to a standard hotel buffet but better for some food.
3. staff were nice and helpful.

Cons:

only one thing, I heard loud music from the restaurant at very late night, u either need to improve ur soundproof windows or change to gentle music
