The hotel itself was nice and in a good area. Also close to where I was going.

Cons:

I had to wait almost 2 hours to get checked into my rom because “no rooms are available to check into” My check in was at 4 and i didn’t get into my room until almost 6. I booked 2 queens and got checked into a king bedroom because they kept coming up with reasons as to why my room wasn’t ready and I couldn’t wait any longer. There was also hair all over the shower as if it hadn’t been cleaned and stains on the comforter.

Overall very good stay!
Pros:

Staff was very nice and welcoming. Ate dinner at the hotel and food and service were great!

Cons:

The alarm in the room next to me went off for 20 minutes at 5:45 am.

I'm not stating I will not be back, but I definitely will shop around for other hotels when I return
Pros:

Location was decent. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The gym was terrible with very little equipment, no towels, no disinfectant wipes. The combined hotels made the entire hotel feel disjointed. There was no parking the entire week unless you went to the extra parking off the property and there was very little signage about the parking and no one at the front desk told us about the extra parking. There was no flavored water in the water the first two days I was there

Pick better, take it from experience
Pros:

Friendly staff

Cons:

Room was never cleaned. We had to put our trash out to get it taken and I requested a cleaning and it never happened. Pool was closed for our visit. Hall smelled bad and was hot and humid everywhere but our room.

Had reservations 6 weeks prior, at 6:00PM had to wait 30 minutes before they could give us a room. Got handicapped room….we are not handicapped! Shade broken…..could not raise, so it was dark in the room. Toilet seat broken. No hair dryer.

It was easy, and comfortable. Lobby area made a great impression.
Pros:

I enjoyed how the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The maids/clean up could pay more attention to detail when cleaning like the corners of the baseboards in the bathrooms and the base of the shower. The outside of the back of the hotel was in need of yrash pock up...as miscellaneous papers, cups, snack bags were all over...it wasnt recent because you could tell it had been there by the condition of weathering on the trash...But overall cleanliness was good, I would come back.
