Guest Reviews
Location, large room with 2 desks.
The bathroom door is a sliding door that serves as the closet door and does not close...room.is dark...breakfast is mediocre. Room needs renovation.
I was not impressed with the breakfast as it was all luke warm. The pancakes and bacon needed to be warmer and there was no hot chocolate. The location for us was perfect as we were attending a wedding. I also liked the sitting area downstairs.
The rooms needed more towels and housekeeping came on a Saturday evening which we declined.
The bathroom door could do with a lock as people were coming in and out of the room so does not feel very private.
Todo
El ascensor un poco lento
The breakfast was one one the best at a hotel. A wide array of choices, fresh and well attended by staff.
The coffeemaker in our room did not work
It is advertised as a non-smoking facility. When I got to my assigned room, there was a striking cigarette smoke odor. I complained at the front desk, and I was met with antagonism and gaslighting by a male in his fifties with white hair. The guy came to his senses and lowered his tone; then he found me another room.
Also, I stayed on a Monday night that turned very disappointing--people were slamming doors coming in and out of their rooms at 9:00 pm and beyond.
Clean and nice staff
Breakfast was good
Bagels that were prepackaged had mold on them at breakfast
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable and good breakfast. Really enjoyed our stay.
Espacios limpios, bien decorados y ubicacion muy comoda.
Que el servicio de Housekeeping deberia rellenar a diario shampoo, acondicionador y crema de cuerpo.
Le petit déjeuner était très ordinaire
Sarah at the front desk was very helpful. She handled my request professionally and quickly, which I really appreciated. She gave us ideas of things to do around town, as well. She was always smiling and nice to work with. She made our stay easy!
Very clean
Friendly staff, spacious rooms. We left a tux in the room , the hotel shipped it to us , it was easy and fast. Great service. Free cookies and fruit in the lobby , infused water. Very pleased.
