Very luxurious
The top notch facilities and service is outclass. Loved the overall celebrity oriented atmosphere and modern chic decor that enhance the experience to next level. The art of the class building and architecture of overall has skyrocketed our experience. The breakfast buffet is also very rich and good especially the chef at egg station who was exceptionally good at her job. The direct access to emporium mall was another feather in the hat of this facility.
They should have business center available for staying customers without any prior booking like every other hotel facility.
Pool service was really pathetic. Didn’t get what we ordered and after an hour they told us we dont have that particular drink
