Room size and cleanness
Elevators are not being used wisely. At least they can set one elevator stopping ground level and one 4th level which is reception level
Place is busy however overall stay was comfortable. Staff is well trained and value the guest. Thanks to Huma for the assistance with room and over all stay.

The hotel rooms and facilities are very good and the staff are helpful. The food was also really delicious.
Pool location and design are not good, looks like a Sauna not a pool.

Overall, our stay at Nishat Hotel was very pleasant. The room was comfortable, the staff were courteous and helpful, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. We especially appreciate the team's support in accommodating our requests, which made our visit even more comfortable.
One small area for improvement would be the elevator waiting time, as it occasionally took quite a while. I believe enhancing the elevator efficiency would further improve the overall guest experience.
The hotel’s location was excellent, with easy access to the nearby mall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and professional, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth.
