Wonderful and helpful staff. Their hospitality makes you feel so welcome. Great food in the buffet. Pool was great to relax in. Walking straight through a door into the Emporium mall was very convenient.
Air-conditioning was a little chilly even after adjusting the temperature up but even this was a very minor complaint since it is easier to sleep with the room a little colder.

Outstanding experience! The swimming pool was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxation and training. The entire environment was peaceful, hygienic, and professionally managed.

Room was comfortable and neat and clean with high quality wifi. Hotel location very good with shopping mall.
Only the location as it’s above the mall.
Too many things I didn’t like.
1. Overpriced
2. My room was like a white box with a bed and table. Feels like a funeral home.
3. They need to hire an interior designer to help them craft what hotel rooms should look like & I’m not talking about standard rooms. The bigger rooms are like bigger white boxes.
4. Worst room service food.
5. Need to upgrade their TV and infotainment systems.
There too much more for this hotel not being up to the mark.

Room size and cleanness
Elevators are not being used wisely. At least they can set one elevator stopping ground level and one 4th level which is reception level
Place is busy however overall stay was comfortable. Staff is well trained and value the guest. Thanks to Huma for the assistance with room and over all stay.
