Gia Phat Homestay

Very clean and only 400m from the beach but on a quiet back street so very quiet as well. Two nice but cheap restaurants only 100m away (Broccoli was the name of our favourite but both good). Also, if you go onto the beach, turn left then walk 500m there is a great restaurant right on the beach that does loads of good food.
If using Grab then ensure you put in 'Gia Phat Homestay, Nguyễn Thành Ý, Hội An' rather than the booking.com address as that takes you 2km away for some reason. Enjoy 😃

Super friendly host, who let me check in early! She provided snacks, water, soft drinks & coffee. The room is amazing value for money - AC, balcony, mini fridge, comfortable bed & is very clean.

La gentillesse de l'hôte! Il y a des vélos à disposition plutôt en bon état pour se rendre à la vieille ville (~20m). La chambre est moderne et confortable. Le quartier est calme et très mignon. Je recommande!

The place is very clean and quiet and the hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. The beach is very near and you can easily reach old town with Grab.

Gia Phat homestay is one of the best places we've stayed at. Nam and her husband were always ready to help whenever we needed something, even at night. Nam is very quick to respond to her WhatsApp messages. We stayed in the larger room with a double bed and single bed and a balcony. The accommodation is a traditional house but it is very clean, large, airy and modern. The bathroom was big with a very good shower, there was a window in the bathroom and theres a window and private balcony so the room has a lot of light in the day. In the morning you wake up to the sound of birds, Nam has a number of bikes for all residents with a lock and basket that are free to use, which is very very convenient, the beach is maybe a 10min walk but with bikes its just a few?minutes. The roads in the area aren't busy so it is safe to ride. There are a lot of wonderful beaches?nearby to choose from, many local restaurants, spas and a big cafe near by, but the area is very quiet and peaceful 6mins by taxi further north there are many shops and restaurants as well. The old town is about 10-15 mins by taxi. The area is a lovely place to stay if you prefer more peaceful and calm nights while being still close to all?the attraction and very close to the beach. The area is also safe to walk at night. Riding a bike along the riverside and through the party fields between the home stay and old town is also beautiful. Nam is a very warm and kind hearted host, and nevdr intrudes or pushes attractions, but gives a lot of information on good restaurants, beaches (her friend has a private beach). I would highly recommend this homestay, we will come back again!
