Pros:

The room is big and the staff is friendly. It's near universal Studios as it's just few minutes walk.

Cons:

I found a small black thing on my bed that it seemed the room was not cleaned good enough. I suggest they should double check the cleaness before they are ready for their customers.

Great stay at convenient location
Pros:

The hotel is near to the Universal Studios Theme park and opposite the JR train station. The breakfast has lots of variety and even includes children section. The room rate is cheaper than staying in Osaka city. Highly recommended.
