Pros:

1.距離USJ步行不到10分鐘，飯店1樓有24小時營業的LAWSON。
2.服務人員熱情又禮貌，雖然語言溝通不算流暢，但也是會盡力幫忙！
3.房間不會擁擠感，住三人房有三張並排單人床。

Cons:

櫃檯不在飯店1樓入口，而是要上到2樓，但指引不夠明確。

Prefect location for Universal with easy access by train.
Pros:

The location was perfect for Universal - a 3 min walk to the main gate! So we could be at the start of the line. Close to train station as well. The room was spacious, clean and a great view of the harbour.

Cons:

The pillows were too firm - like full of little beads?

お風呂とトイレが別
部屋が広かった
スタッフの対応が良かった
USJに近かったが最初駅からの道順がわからなかった
全てカードキーを使うのがちょっと手間だったが安心感はあって良い
全体的にきれい

Excellent location
Pros:

I like the breakfast buffet and the hours of it. The location was excellent to go to universal studios.

Cons:

I did not like that you had to take the toothbrush from the 2nd floor

快適でした
Pros:

広めの部屋で完全風呂とトイレが別だった事
チェックイン前後で、スーツケースを預けられるロッカーが利用出来た事
朝食バイキングが比較的空いててしっかり堪能出来た事

Cons:

同行者が、枕が 2種類あったけど、好みの高さや固さでは無くて、寝つきが悪かったと言っていた
