Séjour ok, mais les équipements manquent.
Pros:

L’emplacement, la propreté

Cons:

Salle de bain très petite, pas de machine à café 24/24 dans l’hôtel. Toujours inaccessible quand on en a besoin.

We enjoyed our stay . Overall, rated high because of all the factors mentioned. We may go back again im the future.
Pros:

The location which was close to the convenient store, drug store/pharmacy and the station.

Cons:

Microwave don’t heat much but it’s not a real problem.

便利舒適
Pros:

飯店地點還不錯，樓下就是24小時藥局，購買與退稅非常方便
房間大小還可以，設有化妝鏡跟機動性小桌板很貼心
從飯店看出去景觀很棒！一早就是很漂亮的大阪市景迎接，很舒爽！
飯店服務人員很專業~

Cons:

電梯沒有顯示面板可以看到幾樓了，感覺都要等待很久
有澡堂但是不大~但設備俱全
每天一個人限定只有一罐寶特瓶礦泉水，不能多拿嗚嗚

Overall pretty good
Pros:

Great sized room for Japan and in particular a big city like Osaka. It had good quality amenities and free access to a public bath. The bed was comfortable and the location was excellent, once we found it the first time (Umeda station is a big maze).

Cons:

The coin laundry facilities were clearly nowhere near large enough for the size of the hotel (4 washers and dryers for 340 rooms...). This led to a lot of congestion and inconsiderate other guests, sadly.

The shower head was pretty annoying as well (small thing) but it seems so weird to have a design of full jet pressure or mist, no in between.

We stayed for 5 nights and the sheets were only changed on the very last night, even when we'd requested the "make up room" earlier in the stay.

Also the lift always stops on level 2 (reception) and there are only 3 lifts for the whole hotel so it got a bit slow and congested at times.
