Localisation idéale pour partir explorer Osaka
Pros:

Hôtel super bien situé, à deux pas de l’entrée du souterrain menant à toutes les lignes de métro et du train. Pyjamas, brosse à dents et à cheveux, rasoir, cotons, tout est mis à disposition. Petit déjeuner frais japonais. Personnel agréable et efficace. Chambre à 3 suffisante. Possibilité de mettre les valises sous les lits. Salle de bain un peu petite. Les matelas un peu durs. Mais vraiment un séjour très agréable.

Great simple hotel
Pros:

I liked that we were able to get 2 connecting rooms for 4 people. The location is excellent with train station, malls and restaurants nearby. Lawson and pharmacy next to hitel entrance. Breakfast was ok but not great like Monterey Grasmere

Cons:

Nothing actually. Its a nice comfortable hotel.

Overall great experience but could do better in some areas
Pros:

The room was awesome, big space good layout and feel of the hotel. Rooms cleaned daily which is nice. Good location close to train station and food

Cons:

Wasn’t able to use the Spa because of Tattoos and wasn’t able to book couple massage which was very disappointing 😭😭😭😭

Good spot in Osaka
Pros:

Close to Umeda Station, very easy to get on a train to go everywhere from Osaka.
Room had a very large bed.

Cons:

Waiting for the elevator each time but it is more on customers usage who stops at any levels to get off to request another elevator.

Cons:

I mean the only thing was I couldn’t use the bath. I have a tattoo and it’s too big to cover up. It’s the only thing I can think of that I didn’t like about the property other than that it was lovely. I would stay there again if I didn’t have a tattoo.

Close to the fun and convenient
Pros:

For our companies, it was quite conveniently located as it situated in the entertainment commercial district. Also close to the station. Good security practice with keycard system.

Cons:

The communal lounge space was limited and only available during the certain hours. As we were travelling with other couple, we wanted to have more common space to be able to talk etc. as the room was squashy. The staff were all very plain, no emotions. I didn't feel welcomed. The laundry system was helpful but only few available and so many guests were using it. The dryers weren't properly monitored/maintained and I cleaned the filters for everyone of them. (My hair covered with the fluffy things)

Brilliant hotel.
Pros:

Great location right next to subway leading to Osaka station and various lines. Hundreds, yes hundreds of restaurants close by.

오사카역에서 애매한 위치의 호텔
Pros:

화장실이 매우 깨끗하고 모든게 잘 정리됨

Cons:

2층 프론트가 어둡고 어수선하고 직원들이 친절도도 그냥저냥
아무튼 아쉬운 위치의 호텔이었음
