Nice hotel, good size room, location is ok.
Pros:

The room was lovely and a decent size. The on-site laundry was useful and the location was good.

Cons:

There were three lifts but often only one seemed to be in use.

フロント対応以外は満足でした。
Pros:

チェックインの際、対応があまりにも遅く、私は手足に障害があるのですが、長時間立たされて待ちました。フロントも海外の方でしたが、全く周りを気にして内容で、お客さんを待たせるのが当たり前のような態度で、逆に私が待たされている客さんに気を遣うような感じでした。

Cons:

せめて笑顔を忘れないように教育された方がよいのではないでしょうか？チェックアウトの際のスタッフも別の人でしたが同様でした。笑顔は人を優しくさせますよ！日本のホテルマンなら、基本ではないでしょうか？

Pros:

Ubicación muy buena para conectarme a las estacion de umeda y sin osaka para day trip, las camas comodas y buen desayuno. Hay tienda de conveniencia abajo del hotel.

Great location, good value for money
Pros:

Close to Kyoto central railway station & a convenience store directly across the road. Close to numerous cafes & restaurants & great shopping.

Cons:

No breakfast option available & our room was very small but a very comfortable bed
