Quiet place close to Ginza!
Pros:

The room was clean like most of Japanese hotels, it was a bit small but compact. The hotel provides all amenities, including the best razor blades I've ever found in a hotel.
In front of the hotel there's an amazing local ramen restaurant, don't miss it if you go there!
The area was quiet and well connected enough to the rest of the city. Perhaps a bit of walk to the nearest metro station but still not a big deal.

アパホテル最高
Pros:

急遽予約しましたが、リーズナブルでありがたかったです。清潔で快適、スタッフの方も親切なので安心感があります。ホテルのすぐそばに吉野家があり便利でした。

Cons:

コインランドリーがなかったのが残念でした。徒歩5分雨の中探して見つけましたが、当たり前にあると思っていたので誤算でした。

Ein schönes APA Hotel in Tokio. Klein aber fein und verhältnismäßig viel Platz in den Zimmern. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

Cons:

Feueralarm morgens um 6.00 Uhr aufgrund einer defekten Tür.

La ubicación, muy buena para zonas de mercado de tsukiji, barrio de ginza, odiaba, es lo que vimos en nuestras 2 primeras noches en Tokio y acertamos con la zona.

利便性はよき！禁煙ルームに喫煙者は入室させないで！
Pros:

国際フォーラムで予定があったので有楽町駅から２駅めにある新富町駅を利用。新富町駅から徒歩５分以内の距離で大変便利。国際フォーラムの近くのホテルに歩いてチェックインするより楽でよかった。次からも国際フォーラムで予定があるときは利用しようと思う。

Cons:

禁煙ルームを予約したのですが、ドアを開けて入室すると喫煙ルームのような臭い。間違えて喫煙ルームを予約したのかと思い確認したが禁煙ルームで間違えてはいない。備え付けの消臭スプレーを散布しても大した効果なし。禁煙ルームでたばこを吸う客には部屋のクリーニング代を請求してほしいと思うほど気分が良くなかった。
