La ubicación, muy buena para zonas de mercado de tsukiji, barrio de ginza, odiaba, es lo que vimos en nuestras 2 primeras noches en Tokio y acertamos con la zona.

利便性はよき！禁煙ルームに喫煙者は入室させないで！
Pros:

国際フォーラムで予定があったので有楽町駅から２駅めにある新富町駅を利用。新富町駅から徒歩５分以内の距離で大変便利。国際フォーラムの近くのホテルに歩いてチェックインするより楽でよかった。次からも国際フォーラムで予定があるときは利用しようと思う。

Cons:

禁煙ルームを予約したのですが、ドアを開けて入室すると喫煙ルームのような臭い。間違えて喫煙ルームを予約したのかと思い確認したが禁煙ルームで間違えてはいない。備え付けの消臭スプレーを散布しても大した効果なし。禁煙ルームでたばこを吸う客には部屋のクリーニング代を請求してほしいと思うほど気分が良くなかった。

Pros:

Buen hotel para pasar unos días. Está en una zona tranquila y cercana a la estación, que era lo que me interesaba y cumpliendo todo lo que necesitaba.

Cons:

Necesita algo de revisión/reforma. En mi viaje a Japón estuve por dos ocasiones en este hotel (a la ida y a la vuelta9 y tanto en una como en otra habitación de las que me pusieron había algunos pequeños desperfectos en el baño que mejorar.
