We had a disappointing experience during breakfast at this hotel.
When we came down for breakfast, the receptionist asked us to take a seat. Naturally, we assumed it was table service and that someone would come over to take our order, especially as there was another staff member assisting guests in the restaurant area.
We waited for almost 15 minutes, but no one approached us. Eventually, we went back to reception to politely ask whether breakfast was table service or self-service.
Unfortunately, instead of simply clarifying, the receptionist seemed annoyed and took us into the breakfast area, pointing out the food and explaining that it was self-service in a rather unfriendly manner.
We had absolutely no issue with breakfast being self-service. The problem was the lack of clear communication and the receptionist’s reaction to a simple question. As guests unfamiliar with the hotel’s breakfast arrangements, we felt this could have been handled much more politely and professionally.
A little courtesy and a simple explanation would have made all the difference.

En las fotos se veía bien, pero el hotel dejaba bastante que desear, todo el mobiliario muy antiguo, habitaciones con muy poco gusto, la recepción parecía de un hostel y muy caro para todo esto

Die Lage in der Altstadt. Freundliches, aufmerksames Personal. Sauberkeit. Gutes Frühstück.
Keine Parkmöglichkeit am Hotel. Parkhaus für Gehbehinderte mit Koffer nicht ideal (vor allem bei Regen). Vorab keine Info, dass man zum Ein- und Ausladen des Gepäcks 15 Minuten am Hotel parken darf.

Camera troppo piccola e bassa
Good location near to the station. Delicious breakfast. Clean. We had a quiet room with view to the near home. It was better because in another side it has loud street.
Bathroom is little, but it was not a big problem for us.
