Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel Hirschen in Zürich. Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Unser Zimmer war zwar etwas klein, aber das wurde durch den hervorragenden Service mehr als ausgeglichen.

Besonders beeindruckt hat uns, dass wir verspätet zum Frühstück gekommen sind und trotzdem noch freundlich bedient wurden. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich und hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team – wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Pros:

Top Lage im Zentrum.
Mit dem Auto erreichbar.
Sehr nettes Personal.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage, nur Ventilator (Sommer).
Küchenabluft neben dem Zimmer (laut und Geruchsbelästigung).

Such a great place to stay
Pros:

The place is in Old Town. The hotel itself is quaint. Lots of nice restos within the area, there are ones just outside the door entrance in the square.

Localização excelente, no centro de Zurique, perto de tudo. Muitas opções de restaurantes e cafés. Quarto bem limpo e organizado.

Pros:

It was too hot and they don’t have Air conditioner. However they provided Table fan. It didn’t help cause it was too hot.

Old charm but tainted service
Pros:

Old charming hotel in the centre of the city

Cons:

In my room had outdated and old furniture, no a/c ( just a fan) when it was a heatwave, headboard had cloth which didnt help my allergy ( i pointed this out that i could not sleep because of this and asked for an upgrade, which i was willing to pay for, but the only room was on a busy and noisy street _ according to receptionist) - they then came and took off the cloth _ which i did not know could be removed- but not before shaking it to fold it on the bed!!)
To be fair, i had a look at the neighbouring rooms and they seemed quite decent.

Really enjoyed this small hotel and would stay there again when next in Zürich.
Pros:

Great value, excellent location, clean and comfortable, very helpful and friendly staff. Really good breakfast too!

Nice hotel in the old town
Pros:

The hotel is located in a historic building in the old town area. The room was very small but nice, with a small desk and an electric kettle. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning. The breakfast options were limited to cheese, ham, and boiled eggs (no scrambled eggs, no sausages, etc.).

No recomendable por los ruidos y lo viejo de las instalaciones

La ubicación es perfecta, en el centro y a un paso de todo caminando

Cons:

Instalaciones muy viejas, el baño muy viejo, minúsculo e incómodo. Nuestra habitación daba a la plaza por lo que el ruido de las terrazas de los bares es insoportable con la ventana abierta, y en pleno verano era eso o morir de calor, porque no tiene aire acondicionado. Demasiado caro para como era la habitación
