Pros:

Good breakfast, great spa and not too crowded. Location was excellent.

Cons:

We didn't get the single bed we had booked. The room was a bit plain even it was a superior.

Sijainniltaan hyvä ja siisti hotelli.
Pros:

Sijainti erinomainen. Huone hiljainen (ikkunat puistoon/vanhaan kaupunkiin). Huone iso.

Cons:

Extra palvelut eivät toimineet. Tilattu etukäteen kukkia hotellin sivuilta sinne. Eivät tulleet mutta maksu kelpasi kyllä.

Pros:

Wspaniała lokalizacja tuż przy wejściu na Stare Miasto. Hotel znajduje się w sercu nowoczesnej części miasta, dzięki czemu można poczuć nieco inny klimat Tallinna. Mimo centralnego położenia w pokojach jest cicho, a odgłosy ulicy nie przeszkadzają w wypoczynku.
Pokój był czysty, komfortowy, z bardzo wygodnymi łóżkami i pięknym widokiem na Stare Miasto. Śniadania były przepyszne, a personel na bieżąco uzupełniał wszystkie potrawy. Podobał nam się również skandynawski wystrój hotelu. Dużym udogodnieniem okazało się nowoczesne zameldowanie przez link, które przebiegło szybko i bezproblemowo.
Nasz pobyt był bardzo udany.

Cons:

Jedynym minusem była niedziałająca lodówka w pokoju.

NO AIR CONDITIONING
Pros:

AC did not work. I checked in late and the room was warm. The sister hotel next door has rooms for far less cost with no AC but I chose this hotel for the AC. I complained but the security guard who came to fix the AC said open the window. Lots of noise outside, so I said I prefer AC. No response. Most important, was there was no manager. Not even in the morning. No manager. Not a cheap stay, but not a good stay either.

Cons:

Working AC as advertised. Steam bath I wanted to use was not open until after I checked out. No mention of this in the same ad that says the room has AC

Fabulous hotel
Pros:

Such a great hotel. I loved the spa and made use of it every day including massages. It was in a cool part of town and also close to the old town and the tourist attractions. I walked everywhere. Some good restaurants around the area. Even a bottlestore next store if you need it. The best bakery is nearby.

Cons:

The hair dryer was horrible. You had to hold it continuously to keep it going. Very hard to dry your hair properly. No conditioner.

ロケーションの良いきれいなホテル
Pros:

お部屋がゆったりして、新しくてきれいだった。朝食がおいしかった。
ロケーションが良く、すぐ近くに商業施設があり、人気のリドがあって夜、食べに行った。
お部屋にバスローブあります。
バゲージルームがあり、チェックインの後も荷物が預けるのが簡単。
観光に行くにも便利な場所。宿泊費そんなにたかくないのにお得感あります。

Cons:

スパを利用したかったが、最終チェックインが20時と早かった。宿泊客はみんな使っていた。
もう少し遅くまでやっていたら使ってみたかった。
特に悪いところなし。
