Spokojny relaks
Pros:

Hotel w świetnej lokalizacji. Bardzo wygodne łóżka, spory pokój i wygodna łazienka z podgrzewaną podłogą. Cisza i spokój. Śniadania bardzo dobre, ale codziennie dokładnie to samo, jednak duży wybór. Strefa spa mała, ale nie było tłumu i można było liczyć na relaks po całym dniu.

Cons:

Trochę zimna woda w basenie. Strefa spa otwarta do 21, ale ostatnie wejście o 20. Zdecydowanie za wcześnie!
Soki na śniadanie nie były 100% tylko były to napoje z dodatkiem słodzików. Nawet sok świeżo wyciskany miał jakieś dodatki słodzące. Pokój nawet na życzenie nie był sprzątany, tylko ogarnięty.

Excellent hotel, would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.
Pros:

Arrived at the hotel around 12.30pm thinking it would be too early to check in but to our surprise the room was ready which was a huge bonus as we had been up early for the flight over to Tallinn. Also even though it was classed as a comfort room i thought the room was very spacious.
When booking the hotel i requested to have a quieter room and thankfully they provided us with a high floor room, away from the lifts so this was perfect!

Cons:

Only negative was that the cooked food items weren't as hot as i would have liked, despite them seeming to be on hot plates. This was the case no matter what time we went down for breakfast.

Kiva spa osasto on aina miellyttävä . asiakaspalvelu oli nyt hyvää.
Spa ranneke toimii niin että kun suljet kapin niin se piippaa sinä aikana on vietävä ranneke siihen missä piippaa, sit kun lähdet ekaksi siihen mikä piippasi niin ovi aukee.

Cons:

Tämä hisin roimunta taitaa mennä aina ylimpään ja sieltä alastullessa sitten poimii muita.
