Great place, unreal location
Pros:

Epic location , literally minutes from Liverpool one. Great staff, room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

The day the lift didn’t work is the only little thing I can say I didn’t like (purely because the stairs in the heatwave weren’t fun 🤣) that’s more on me for not being fit enough

Value for money but HOT.
Pros:

Good apartment in great location. Staff helpful. Overall good value for money.

Cons:

We knew there was no air con but with no opening windows anywhere the apartment was stiflingly hot and it was only 21C outside. The staff wanted to help by giving us fans but it was still uncomfortable.

Cons:

As the weather was hot the rooms were too but they had a fan which helped. Also the noise in the rooms was abit much if you are looking an early night but if your here to have a late 1 the location is perfect 👌

Pros:

Excellent location, nice kitchen and bathroom. All rooms were a great size

Cons:

Its a little more run down than the photos appear but it's not a problem. It was clean.

Location was ideal.
The staff were lovely.
Ironing board with iron and hairdryer in the room
A nice shower with towels provided.

Cons:

Areas of the rooms look tired.
The communal spaces need a bit of tlc, the photos on booking.com are cleverly done and did not mirror reality.
Was not value for money. The hotel around the corner was not much more in cost and included breakfast.
We booked 2 rooms and managed to be on the same floor. One room had replenished tea/coffee etc but the other didn't. The flooring in one was badly scuffed. It would have been nice to have a clean dish cloth to wash up as we had washing up liquid.

Pros:

Room had everything you could need including a fan.

Cons:

The bed is off poor quality with it Boeing in the middle. The matress is not of high enough quality to componsate for the dip in the bed.

There is no tea towels.

Great location but noisy as a result

Fantastic location

Cons:

Bedroom windows were internal and did not open. There were fans but it was very stuffy. Living room window opened onto Victoria Street and was therefore very noisy.

Uncomfortable and incredibly noisy.

Close to centre

Cons:

Really bad location. Next to a club that was blaring music out till 2am in the morning. We had my daughter’s graduation and needed to be up at 5am so we could get ready and leave by 7am. Had two awful nights sleep. Bed was very soft and squeaky. Horrible trying to sleep on it. The door handles were wobbly and the bathroom suite was cheap and flimsy.

Really disappointed.
Pros:

Location was good. Receptionist was nice.

Cons:

The apartment. Very very run down. Floor and furniture dirty. Every bit of furniture was chipped and damaged. As was flooring. Mattress was really dirty. Loose tiles in bathroom floor. Mirror all damaged and rusty. The bed was really noisy at the slightest move.

Lovely apartment, staff very friendly, great location, just a few touchups needed
Pros:

Perfect location, a few things could be sorted, no bath panel, shower door didn’t have a bottom seal therefore the floor got soaked

Cons:

Didn’t realise how noisy it would be the next morning with pub barrel delivery/removals but got the properties fault
