Our stay at Zen Boutique Villa was absolutely wonderful and truly memorable. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our trip — everything was fresh, healthy, and beautifully prepared. We especially appreciated the vegetarian options available every morning. The homemade yogurt and jams were incredibly delicious and made the breakfast feel very special and authentic.
The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated with a unique and peaceful design that created a very relaxing atmosphere. Every detail of the villa reflected great taste and care.
What made our experience even better was the amazing staff. Everyone was so warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. They arranged our airport pick-up and drop-off perfectly, making our travel completely stress-free. The team also gave us many excellent recommendations for sightseeing, shopping, and local experiences in Hoi An, which we truly appreciated.
We are very grateful for all the kindness and support we received at Zen Boutique Villa and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable stay in Hoi An.

It was very good value for money, with a nice pool and a nice breakfast. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and interested.
Managing the temperature within the rooms was a challenge. It would be good to provide instructions for the safe as it was easy to lock your valuables inside.
We had a lovely stay at Zen boutique, the room was clean and it was a short walk (or Grab ride) to the Old Town. Nhi and Huong were very friendly and had lots of recommendations that were great! They also had a laundry service that was useful!

Bed very comfortable. Large room with bath, en suite and balcony/ terrace area. Lovely people. Highly recommend this hotel, staff very helpful during out 5 day stay.
Leaving such a beautiful place
Nice pool and a large spacious room.
Room could have been a little cleaner. Staff was very helpful but also felt like they were trying to sell to us. This was convenient but it also felt like they are trying to secure bookings for kickbacks. For us this was fine because we had a short amount of time, but just be aware. It’s the only hotel we’ve been at in Vietnam that has felt like this.

Du personnel au petit soin et une localisation idéale (2min en Grab du centre de Hoi an). Je recommande vivement ! Ps : 1 nuit c’est court, 2 c’est parfait!

Der überdachte Pool war super für eine kurze Erfrischung. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig mit großzügigem Balkon. Das Personal ist sehr lieb, freundlich und hilfreich.
Es könnte immer sauberer sein. Asien halt.

Quiet location. Bed was comfortable. Walking distance to tennis court. Loved hanging out at the pool during the hottest time of the day!!

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, sehr ruhig und stilvoll gestaltet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel, und die gesamte Anlage hat eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre. Besonders gefallen hat mir auch das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – man wird hier wirklich herzlich empfangen.
Der einzige kleine Punkt war der Laundry-Service. Ich war damit nicht ganz zufrieden, da die Qualität etwas besser sein könnte. Es ist aber kein großes Problem, eher ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag.
Très bel établissement un peu excentré, mais calme. Le personnel est disponible et à l'écoute de nos demandes. La chambre est spacieuse avec une belle salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner n'a pas beaucoup d'options mais c'est un régal !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement.
Un petit peu loin du centre (20 minutes de marche environ) mais les prix des grab et taxis sont tellement bas que ça ne pose pas problème.
Our room was spacious, pretty, and clean - and we had a really delicious Vietnamese breakfast on our last day. Also, the wifi worked really well.
Unfortunately, we would not stay here again. Every morning at 6.15 AM, we were woken up by the hotel owner who was practicing playing drums for at least one hour. When asking about this, we were told that it’s a religious ritual that has to be practiced that early in the morning.
Also, we were not told that breakfast needs to be reserved and registered at the reception every day for the next morning, so when we arrived at the breakfast room on our first morning, we were told that we were not registered. At checkin, the employee just told us the times for breakfast and that it was included in our room rate, so we were quite surprised about this. We still got some food that day, but the way they treated us about it made us feel quite uncomfortable.
Finally, we did not really like that we were offered lots of overpriced tours, activities, and private drivers with the constant emphasis that they would give us the best price when we could easily order much cheaper rides via Grab and also found cheaper tours and activities online. This last point really is no big deal though, it just added to the general feeling of not being welcome (since we didn’t take any of the offers), which made us even more uncomfortable. Lastly, although definitely not important, one employee made a quite inappropriate comment about my face that hurt a lot - but this may be just cultural differences.
