Unser Aufenthalt wurde vor allem durch Nhi zu etwas Besonderem. Sie war jederzeit sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Mit ihrer positiven Ausstrahlung und ihrem professionellen Service hat sie dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt haben. Ein großes Dankeschön an Nhi – sie ist eine echte Bereicherung für das Hotel!
The location was spot on! The facilities were great! Really got to relax! The staff were unreal from the moment we booked till check out! They organised airport pick-up and drop-off, helped with organising excursions- we chose snorkelling on Cham island, I booked a spa recommended- again transport was organised. Everything was easy and so relaxing!
Also I’m a vegetarian and they ensured my breakfast was catered for. Just want to take the opportunity to thank the whole staff of making it an amazing last stay of our east Asia trip! HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL TO BOOK HERE!

I highly recommend the stay in this hotel as the rooms are clean and exactly as the pictures. The breakfasts were very tasty and they offer you vetnamese or european type to selwct every day. The staff is friendly. The location is 20 min walk to the old town, which is nice because it is quieter than in the centrum but requires a walk.

Clean, Peaceful, Spacious — and the Breakfast Was Exceptional!
To future guests: please take care of Zen and respect the place so we can all come back to the same beautiful hotel. Part of me wants to gatekeep this gem, but I also want them to get the recognition and guests they deserve.
We arrived in the afternoon and were warmly welcomed by the receptionist, Huong. She was incredibly friendly and even gave us a list of nearby attractions before we settled in. We were also lucky enough to receive a complimentary room upgrade.
The hotel has a pool, but since our room came with a bathtub, we ended up enjoying that instead. The room was very spacious, the shower worked perfectly, and everything was clean with no unpleasant smells. The place truly lives up to its name—Zen. It's away from the noise, and the atmosphere is so relaxing.
One of the things I loved most was the breakfast. Apologies to other hotels, but this one sets the bar high. Considering the affordable price, the quality of the breakfast and the excellent service are hard to beat. Be sure to check out my photos and videos!
Another great perk is the free bicycles. Wake up early, take a ride, and stroll around the old town—it was one of the highlights of our trip. 💛

Only in 10 minutes walking distance from the old town of Hoi An. Good, satisfying breakfast. A nice pool. Nice common area by the pool where you can chill. They have a library with a good collection of books which you can borrow. They offer bicycles to borrow for free too.
My sister and I, we stayed in 302. A very spacious room with a big balcony. What we loved the most is that the terrace of the room featured an ornamental pond with aquatic plants. It was very relaxing.
Huong and the other ladies are always very attentive. And of course the gentleman of which I can not remember his name (taking care of the hotel) was always very kind, and friendly with us.
