Pros:

El alojamiento es encantador! Está cerca del centro! Nosotros alquilamos moto en el mismo alojamiento y a buen precio! De todas formas en grab es a las minutos y súper barato. La habitación limpia y la camada increíble de cómoda y grande! El desayuno con varias opciones que debes indicar el día antes que te apetece desayunar y lo hacen en el momento , siempre tienen café , zumo, fruta fresca y yogurt natural casero súper rico. La opción a elegir es típica comida local, el bocadillo típico de Vietnam o bien puedes optar por huevos fritos, revueltos o en tortilla con tostadas mantequilla y una mermelada espectacular! La piscina está muy bien también. El personal es súper amable, atento y dispuesto siempre a que tu estancia sea agradable! Para mí todo un acierto! Es mi tercer año en Vietnam y en la ciudad y el mejor de lo que he probado. Y la relación calidad precio genial. Y el baño y la ducha una alegría! Limpio y con todo lo necesario y una ducha con agua caliente de verdad. Gracias por la estancia! Recalcó la cama de lo mejor de lo mejor junto con la limpieza de la habitación!

Pros:

スタッフはフレンドリーで、心地良い接客でした。朝食はビュッフェではなく、「汁麺」「麺」「卵」「バインミー」などから選ぶスタイル。特にミークアンは絶品で、レストランで食べたのよりおいしかったです。(麺料理は日によって違うものが出るので、詳しく尋ねてみることをオススメします)自家製ヨーグルトとパッションフルーツジャムも最高でした。4枚目の写真のカオラウも美味しかったですが、辛いので苦手な人は避けてください🌶️
部屋は、木を基調にした落ち着いた内装でスタンダードルームに宿泊しましたが、十分な広さでした。
リーズナブルで、ホイアンの清々しい外の空気を味わえる良い宿泊でした。

Cons:

1つだけ。
部屋にアリが多く、大きなゴキブリが2匹出たこと。
自然派なホテルなので、不衛生だからではなく「そういうものだ」と私は受け入れましたが、家族はショックを受けてしまいました。虫が苦手な方には、このホテルはオススメできません。

Una estancia espectacular de principio a fin. El hotel es precioso, muy acogedor y cuidado hasta el último detalle. Las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias y tienen todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unos días maravillosos en Hoi An.

Pero, sin duda, lo mejor ha sido el trato del personal, siempre amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa desde el primer momento.

Nos llevamos un recuerdo fantástico de nuestra estancia. ¡Muchísimas gracias por todo! Sin duda, volveríamos a alojarnos aquí y lo recomendamos al 100 %.

מלון בוטיק עם חדרים גדולים ומפנקים.
נמצא קרוב יחסית לפאתי העיר העתיקה אך לא קרוב מידי ככה שיש גם שקט נעים ולא רועש מבחוץ.
ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טעימה, ניתן לבחור מתוך כמה סוגי מנות. המלון מאפשר השאלת אופניים בחינם ומציע גם שירותי כביסה.
השירות היה טוב ומזמין, מאוד נהננו!

Cons:

אין מעלית, אך כמובן שמסייעים עם סחיבת המזוודות עבורך לחדר.
ביום הראשון המזגן היה תקול אך הוא תוקן באותו הרגע!

We felt so at home in Hoi An – and especially at the Zen Boutique Hotel – that we extended our planned stay by two nights. The staff made this very easy for us.
The rooms are lovely and clean. The breakfast was the best we’ve had so far at any of our accommodation in Vietnam. Huy and the other staff were always courteous and very helpful. We were able to use bicycles free of charge and found it very easy to book motorbikes and taxis through the hotel.
We would recommend the hotel at any time and would like to thank you for your hospitality.

hotel ZEN in tutto anche nella colazione .. ma andava bene. bella piscina ingresso struttura . Bici grtuita e scooter 200.000 DOGN intera giornata . Abbiano preso gli scooter ed è stato bellissimo girare questa meravigliosa città anche fori zona per andare al mare . No patente internazionale perchè sono tutti scooter elettrici. bello

Pros:

La posizione è ottima per girare a piedi;
struttura nel complesso carina.
Colazione ok, sempre anche ottima frutta.
Staff gentile - ho dovuto richiedere una notte in piu causa cambio programma all’ultimo e non ci sono stati problemi.

Cons:

La sera prima si ordina la colazione, se come me non mangiate molto è perfetto, ma se siete amanti dei buffet qui non lo troverete.
Nel complesso la struttura è carina, ma ha bisogno di una forte manutenzione nelle stanze, questo mi è dispiaciuto
