Great location, very friendly staff, room cleanliness could be improved

Room 102 bathroom needed cleaning. Moldy walls. Room needed to be cleaned better. Towels were not “resort” towels, well worn. Hair found in shower and sink

Staff were rude, and extremely unhelpful. They made us feel uncomfortable as we asked to swap rooms due to aircon not working, given there were no fans even this was very uncomfortable. The staff literally said to us - what do you want us to do about it?

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία με πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό
Pros:

Ηταν ακριβώς μέσα στο κέντρο της πόλης. Το προσωπικό και ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν καταπληκτικοί κ πολύ φιλόξενοι. Θα ξανά πήγαινα πολύ άνετα

Beaucoup de dégradation par rapport à un séjour antérieur de6ans.

Hôtel vieillissant Équipement de la chambre défectueux (tringles porte serviette cassée rideau décroché) Chambre non faite à deux reprises .Ménage très sommaire.Personnel très désinvolte et peu motivé.

το κατάλυμα ήταν βρωμικο ή μυρωδιά σε όλο το ξενοδοχείο λόγω λιμανιού ήταν αισχρή . το φωτιστικό είχε ιστούς αράχνης τα σεντόνια μες στις τρίχες μαύρες . Και οι πετσέτες εξίσου λερωμένες . το ερκοντισιον δούλευε με το ζόρι και όταν ανέβηκα να κοιτάξω γτ δεν δούλευε ήταν μες στην βρώμα και την σκόνη και έτσι εξηγείται η περίεργη μυρωδιά π έβγαζε όταν το άναβες . Ενημερώσαμε την ρεσεψιόν πως το δωμάτιο πρώτον δεν ήταν αυτό που κλείσαμε και δεύτερον ήταν βρωμικο και μας είπε θα κάνει ότι μπορεί . δεν έκαναν τίποτα . Θέλαμε να φύγουμε την τελευταία μέρα και περίμενα να αφήσουμε τα κλειδιά μας και ο υπεύθυνος έπαιζε τάβλι και μας ενημέρωσε πως θα έρθει σε λίγο οπότε του είπαμε πως αφήνουμε τα κλειδιά και φεύγουμε και μας απάντησε ένα μπάι . απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση απαράδεκτες συνθήκες . Εξίσου η πισίνα ήταν πέντε βρώμικη βγάλαμε έξω 3 κουβάρια τούφες από τρίχες (ας μην μιλήσω για τα έντομα) μας έπιασε φαγούρα όταν βγήκαμε από την πισίνα . Μην το επιλέξετε .
