Atendeu a minha necessidade dentro do padrão o qual foi apresentado.

Café da manhã bem atrativo e bem localizado no ambiente.

Cons:

vazamento no box do banheiro, o qual passava agua para fora próximo ao vaso sanitário e deixando umidade no tapete do vaso. Fechamento da janela do box com sistema de basculante quebrado.
