Good value hotel, but not recommended in the hot summer months
Pros:

Excellent location in the Old City

Cons:

The hotel uses a "smart" climatization system. There are no thermostats or fans. We arrived when it was 33C/93F, and the room was stifling. To sleep, we had to open all the windows, and it was still hell-hot. No staff was around at night, and no fans were available. We barely slept. Also, the most strangely uncomfortable pillows I've slept on in a while.

Hôtel sympathique dans le centre de Pampelune.Nous étions 7 et avions réservé 2 chambres.Les lits sont de bonne qualité.Bon emplacement.

Cons:

L'enregistrement à distance pour 7 personnes est un peu long mais ça se fait!

I enjoyed my stay - nice place and staff - bicycle friendly.
Pros:

A mix of new and old; old building with fresh modern accommodation. Very comfortable.

Cons:

It was a little noisy and I would have appreciated a greater selection at breakfast.
