La ubicación. Está muy cerca del centro, menos de 10 minutos, pero sin la aglomeración de gente que hay dos calles más allá. Cerca de bares y restaurantes donde se come bien y es más fácil encontrar mesa.
La amplitud de la habitación.

Cons:

La relación calidad-precio. Caro para lo que es. Algunas camas están bien, otras quedas encajada en el centro como dentro de un pan bao. El desayuno es muy básico para los 8€ que cuesta y todos los días igual. No hay contacto directo con ellos: no responden a los mensajes que envías a través de booking y si llamas no es a la recepción, es a un call center que no saben qué está pasando en el hotel. Desde este call center hacen el check-in si llegas más tarde de las 20:30; bastante efectivo pero puede ser dificultoso para gente mayor. Tuvimos que ir nosotras a un armario del pasillo a por toallas porque no nos habían puesto. El segundo día tenían manchas de maquillaje cuando ninguna de nosotras se maquilla. Manchas de humedad en la pared. La gente que hay en recepción cordial sin más y alguno sopla cuando te diriges a ellos.

Pésima experiencia
Cons:

La cama extremadamente pequeña para dos, medía menos de 1,40. Al parecer nos entregaron una pieza que no correspondía. A medianoche una persona ingresó con su tarjeta a nuestra habitación. Y luego temprano en la mañana alguien del personal nos despertó diciendo que no debía haber nadie en esa habitación. Y dentro de la habitación, en las cortinas, encontramos un chinche. ¡Pésima experiencia!

Hotel cómodo,con muy buena ubicación,habitación justita, pero para dormir y poco más, suficiente,todo muy limpio y el personal muy amable,algo a destacar,hay un armario en el pasillo en el cual tienes,almohadas,mantas,toallas,plancha de ropa,y alguna cosilla más,a tu disposición por si lo necesitas,eso es de agradecer,no lo había visto en ningún hotel,y mira que he estado en unos cuantos,el desayuno es buffet pequeñito,pero suficiente para coger fuerzas,hay un poco de todo,en general todo muy bien.
