aceitável porque já estava bem cansado, porém custo elevado pouca oferta.

localização e o atendimento da noite.

Cons:

ruidos, limpeza, estado de conservação, ar condicionado ( depois de duas solicitações fui trocado de quarto porque o primeiro não estava funcionando), moveis e estrutura bastante antiga com custo elevado para o padrão oferecido.

Esperava mais, pelas fotos parecia ser melhor um pouco. Precisam melhorar.

Localização perfeira para São Paulo Expo. Ao lado da rdoviária Jabaquara e metrô. Dá para ir a qualuqer lugar a partir dali.

Cons:

Colchão mole demais, travesseiros horríveis. Tampa do vaso quebrada, ventilador de teto sujo de poeira, adesivo do banheiro soltando e com indicios de mofo, piso do banheiro ruim. Precisam melhorar esses pontos , pode ser simples mas agradável. Dá pra melhorar sem gastar muito as condições dos quartos. Localização perfeita. Chegeui bem e sai bem do local.
Precisam também ver os barulhos dos hospedes que incomodam demais. Talvez interfonar se alguem estiver incomodando.
Do lado do meu quarto tinha uma senhora que ficava falado alto e dixzendo demonios toda hora e arrastando as coisas.
