La ubicación fue tan perfecta, a dos minutos caminando queda Provenza. A pesar de estar en la zona movida no fue nada ruidoso. La atención del personal fue maravillosa, nos atendieron muy bien. El desayuno es muy bueno.
Las paredes no cuentan con buen aislamiento de ruido. Nos despertamos temprano porque en la habitación de al lado se despertaron temprano a bañarse, se escuchaba fácilmente a las otras habitaciones.

Café da manhã muito fraco, decepcionante . Nas duas manhãs, Não havia queijo, presunto, bolos, iogurtes. Manteiga e geleia não eram a vontade, mas deixados uma unidade por mesa. Havia Somente uma funcionaria para atender as demandas do café da manhã.
Está bien cuando uno busca simplemente descansar la noche; dormir.
Que no sabía que no había parqueadero y me tocó salir a buscar uno a dos cuadras del hotel.

Buena ubicación, cerca de todo y el personal muy amable.
La habitación estaba limpia, la cama era cómoda, el espacio de la habitación era correcto, tenia minibar, ventana al exterior (no se oía nada de ruido), aire acondicionado y televisor.
El desayuno estuvo muy bien, opcionales de huevos al gusto, fruta, bebidas, etc.

Good location in Medellín. El Poblado is very safe and there are tons of bars and restaurants. Staff were generally nice, especially the man working at the front desk at night.
Breakfast was also good, but it lacked a bit of variety.
The hotel is surrounded by clubs, and the windows aren't very good. That means you hear the clubs blasting music like they were just in the next room until 4am EVERY DAY. The walls are also paper thin, and you can hear everything that happens in the hallway or rooms next door.
