Cleanliness
9.6

Service
9.9
Consistently praised: very friendly, attentive and warm hosts (mentions of 'zeer vriendelijke uitbaatster', 'gastvrouwen', 'very friendly staff', 'hartelijke ontvangst').
Location
9.7
Repeatedly described as 'pal in het centrum', 'in plein cœur de Hasselt' — excellent central location; a few notes about street noise when windows are open.
Room Quality
8.3
Mixed: many mention beautiful, cozy rooms and great showers, but there are specific negatives (small rooms/bathrooms, disappointing bed in one review, hard sofa bed for third person, some noise from rooms above).
Amenities
9.3
Guests mention useful extras (airconditioning, antimuggenapparaatje, nearby parking garage) and thoughtful, home-like touches; amenities generally viewed positively though space is limited in some rooms.

9.4
Several reviews highlight the price-quality balance ('Voor deze prijs uitstekend', 'Zoals thuiskomen'); perceived as good/excellent value.
Food and Beverage
9.8
Breakfast is repeatedly praised as 'lekker', 'vers', 'très copieux' and high quality — a standout feature across many reviews (minor note about dull breakfast knives).
Overall Experience
9.2
Overall very positive sentiment ('heerlijk verblijf', 'aanrader', 'fantastisch') with warm hospitality and excellent breakfast/location; minor issues (noise, bed/sofa comfort) slightly lower the overall score.

Cons:

Le matelas était un peu mou, fatigué.
