Poca attenzione agli ospiti e alle loro esigenze

lo staff non accogliente e non presente (abbiamo dovuto cercare piùà volte qualcuno nel poemriggio e sera perchè non c'era nessuno nè alla reception nè al bar); la poca attenzione alle richieste : avevamo chiesto una stanza fresca e silenziosa ed abbiamo avuto una stanza sulla strada così rumosa che siamo riusciti a dormire dalle 2 alle 6 di mattina.

De søde mennesker og deres fremragende køkken. Den daglige menu på 4 retter skiftede hver dag med lokale retter. Vinkælderen er rigtig god med bio vin. Hvis man er til vine kan man få en god flaske til ca €25 og eller gå op i pris.
Le chef, som de kalder kok og ejer Massimo, er ret god og meget opfindsom og eksperimenterende. Ham kan man sikkert lære meget af, hvis man deltager i deres madlavningskurser.
Omgivelserne er smukke og indbyder til både trave- og biludflugter til fx Forlí, Modena eller Bologna.

Pros:

La signora Marisa gentilissima, ci ha fatto mangiare oltre l'orario di chiusura con una cena super. Siamo stati davvero bene, la locantion è fantastica. Colazione perfetta con dolce e salato, tutti prodotti freschi, sicuramente torneremo quando saremo in zona.

Cons:

il parcheggio un pò difficoltoso da trovare ma non essendo una strada molto trafficata una soluzione la si trova.

Abbiamo alloggiato in un appartamento nel borgo antico, con ristrutturazione un po' datata, ma funzionale.
Silenzioso e tranquillo. Vista dal terrazzino sul torrente e sul ponte della Maestà: superlativa.
Colazione a buffet superba.
La padrona e tutto il personale molto cordiali e professionali.
Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante dell'albergo in un bellissimo cortile interno. Cucina eccellente, merita assolutamente. I doIci sono molto originali, ma tutte le portate sono ottime, così come i vini.

Cons:

Bagno un po' piccolo e un po' scomodo, ma comunque molto pulito.
Anche la cucina dell'appartamento è piccolina e un po' vecchiotta, ma c'è tutto quel che serve.

Cons:

Non molto comodo da raggiungere. Strada in salita con molte curve. Un solo vero locale in zona per mangiare, se è pieno bisogna arrangiarsi con altro.
