Pros:

・駅から近くて場所も分かりやすい
・スタッフが笑顔で丁寧に対応してくれた
・清潔感が有って設備的に不便なところがなかった

Cons:

家族4人だったので2部屋での予約になりましたが、階が分かれていたのが少し不便でした。でも予約がギリギリだったので仕方ないと思います。
値段的には安く泊まれたと思うので助かりました。機会があればまた利用したいと思います！

Pros:

禁煙と喫煙のルームを間違えて予約してしまったのに禁煙に当日変更してもらってスタッフの方には凄く助かりました。

Cons:

お部屋は良かったんですが、バスルームが少しタバコの匂いがしました。

料金面以外は概ね満足。
Pros:

駅からも近く、周辺にコンビニもあるので素泊まりでも特に困らなかった。フロントは常時人がいるとのことで頼りやすかった点も⚪︎

Cons:

時期の問題もあるかと思うが、平均的なビジネスホテルの設備で代金面では割高と感じた。
