Pros:

The lady working the front desk was very friendly and kind. The apartments were very clean and spacious, and the inner courtyard view was very peaceful. AC worked well. The kitchen had everything you need to make basic meals.

Загалом все прийшло добре і відпочинок був хороший.
Pros:

Сподобався зручний паркінг і гарне розташування до центру. Номер великий і дуже просторий, також було чисто, велика тераса, шафа, посуд, все є для комфортного відпочинку.

Cons:

Неприємний запах в номері, а також неприємний запах сигарет від тюлі та штор. Рушники вже досить старі і жорсткі.

Pros:

מיקום טוב 2 דקות מרכבת למרכז העיר ותוך 10 דקות נסיעה מגיעים לאופרה.
חדרים מרווחים וגדולים.
הייתה לנו מכונת כביסה עם מייבש בדירה שזה שדרוג רציני לסוף טיול.
קרבה לשלושה סופרים שיש בהם הכל.

Cons:

מופיע שיש מזגן אבל בפועל המזגן הוא רק בחדר אחד, שהוא המטבח פינת אוכל ולא בחדר שינה.
כיוון המים באמבטיה בלתי נסבל או מים קרים או מים רותחים, לילדים זו ממש סכנה לכוויה בשניות.

Pros:

ванная была чистая, ее убирали, полотенца меняли. Постельное белье также менялось, пыль протирали.

Cons:

Комнаты две, а кондиционер один. Как такое может быть? если указано, что есть кондиционер, то он должен быть в каждой комнате.И самое интересное, что если в комнате, в которой Нет кондиционера открыто окно, то кондиционер НЕ работает ( хотя в комнате, где есть кондиционер все окна Закрыты).
Было очень некомфортно, т.к в это время было жарко и из-за жары приходилось открывать окна, комната, в которой есть кондиционер, выходит на дорогу. От дороги в комнате очень шумно, спать практически невозможно из-за шума. А для того, чтобы он заработал, нужно было закрыть окно в другой комнате, но в другой комнате Нет кондиционера, жарко и вынуждены открывать окно.
Окна: они очень грязные. и в номере, и возле лифта (ниже прикреплю фото). Видно, что окна не мыли в этом году точно. Они ужасно грязные. Возле лифта окна в паутине.
Шторы и тюль: они грязные. Тюль был в желтых пятнах. Думаю, их год точно не стирали.
Когда в первый день заехали в номер ( это было вечером), было видно, что пол очень грязный (светлые носки становились за минуту темными). Влажной салфеткой несколько раз провели по полу в коридоре, она стала черная, ужасно черная. И провели несколько раз не где-то под диваном, а по центру в коридоре.
Итог:
Влажная уборка Пола если и проводится, но крайне некачественно.
На следующий день утром подошли на ресепшн, показали салфетку, попросили помыть полы в номере, т.к некомфортно ходить.
Придя вечером в номер было видно, что там кто-то был. Возможно, протерли в некоторых местах, но, в целом, в номере никто не убирал. Пол качественно вымыт не был.
Можно сделать вывод, что руководство отеля не контролирует качество работы своих сотрудников. Или сотрудникам, которые убирают очень мало платят и с ними договоренность, что они уборку делают поверхностно.
Вид из окон, которые выходят во двор, очень мрачный. Складывается впечатление, что в соседнем доме какие-то заброшенные квартиры. В номере убирают раз в три дня.
