Good!
Pros:

The room was clean, the shower room was comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped.
There was a supermarket nearby, the train station was very close, and it was easy to get to the center of the city.

Cons:

The key was a bit faulty, and it was hard to turn in the lock.

Alles was perfect. Alleen op de vloeren waren wat rode plekken .(mijn vrouw dacht dat het bloed was)

Pros:

Everything was ok,comfy beds ,well equipped kitchen, nice view ,good breakfast just on the other side of the road.Good coffe in the lobby

They charge you 150€/Room deposit ,i had 4 rooms. . .600 € that remained blocked for almost a month. ...

Pros:

Perfect location, well equipped, clean and good value for the money. overall good!

Cons:

permanent smell of tobacco on the corridor, but whats worse, the tobacco smell also sneaked in through the closed windows from out neighbour below, who were smoking on their terrace.

Pros:

Für mich geschäftlich die gute Lage und Erreichbarkeit. Gute Restaurants in naher Umgebung. Sehr gut befahrbare Tiefgarage. Ausreichend großer Appartement.

Will stay again
Pros:

It was a great stay, very comfortable, and practical.They thought of everything for the room and the room was a decent size. It is a quiet area and plenty of places to eat nearby.

Recommended for food, the Vietnamese Banh Mi and the Italian restaurant which was also recommended by the hotel. Yummy Pizza and quality of food was really good. Be mindful of hours of the restaurants nearby...they close midday, open, close at various timings.

The hotel has great coffee...they sell the capsules at the reception. The staff was also nice. We could leave our luggage safely in the hotel for checkout. Staff is there until 22:00.

You can walk to the city centre...its about 20 minutes. There is a concert hall nearby and the Belvedere (gorgeous) is good walking distance a bit closer than the centre. The public transport isn't too far away and Bolt is reliable and easy as well.

Cons:

On arrival, we had ants in the room. The staff didn't have spray so we were told they would spray the next day in the morning...we would get priority for cleaning. There was a mix up with communication when we changed our cleaning time from 10am to 12pm. We left before 12 expecting to have a clean room on return only to see ants still there and no cleaning. When we asked the reception, he told us, they clean checkout rooms first so it would be cleaned later. That's not a priority, however it wouldnt change any opinion to stay there again when visiting Vienna. We didn't see anymore ants. That's the only negative and it was minor.
