Angenehmes, ruhiges Hotel mit guter Anbindung an die Kölner City
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt angenehm ruhig. Am Wochenende viele kostenfreie Parkplätze in der Nähe. Die Kölner City ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut zu erreichen. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig.

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer stand ein Zustellbett. Das wirkte etwas ungemütlich. Aber das war auch schon alles.
Für eine Übernachtung ohne Frühstück recht hochpreisig.

Definitiv weiterzuempfehlen!
Pros:

Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, kompetent und einfühlsam. Sowohl am Telefon als auch vor Ort war sie sehr zuvorkommend und beruhigend. Man hat sich von Anfang an gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Auch die gute Organisation und die professionelle Führung des Teams tragen zu der angenehmen Atmosphäre und dem reibungslosen Ablauf bei.
