Pros:

super nice room and super warm and helpful staff. we have loft our luggage on the train to kyoto. we asked for help at mid night. one staff offered to call the train company and the next day emailed us multiple times for updates until finally the good news
highly recommend to everyone.

Pros:

Hotel accogliente e vicino alla metro, offre kit omaggio e acqua e the gratuiti

Cons:

Avevo una stanza con il bagno adiacente dove però non si può chiudere a chiave dall’esterno quindi se sei in camera chiunque può entrare nel “tuo” bagno anche se è a uso esclusivo

I like it very much! The staff was nice, I lost my wallet and documents during the kiosk checking, staff found them and returned to me.
My daughter's nose was bleeding, they help me clean the room with no extra charge.

Seestinen ihastuttava ilmapiiri
Pros:

hotelli on ihastuttava ja rauhoittava. Olohuone seesteinen, josta saa teetä ja yrttijuomaa. Kätevää oli myös, että vettä voi hakea huoneen jääkaappiin. Jotkut ovat pitäneet erillistä huoneen kylpytilaa/wc:tä hankalana, mutta perheenä se toimi oikein hyvin, kunhan muistettiin avain mukaan.

Cons:

Aamiainen ei ollut kovin hyvä. Tähän hotelliin olisi sopinut jokin muu kuin täytetty leipä, jotka olivat vähän tylsän makuisia ja lapset eivät syöneet niitä lainkaan. Kahvi ei ollut ollenkaan omaan makuuni (hädin tuskin maistui kahvilta). Lisäksi huoneessa oli teetä tarjolla, mutta ei kahvia. Aamiaisen keitto kuitenkin plussaa ja asettelu. Lisäksi lapset saivat parina aamuna kysyttäessa croisantin / muffinssin.

Bonne adresse et chaîne d’hôtel
Pros:

L’appartement ( spacieux avec terrasse au dernier étage )
La propreté.
La salle commune.
La fontaine à eau.
La proximité avec la station de métro.( au coin de la rue)

Cons:

L’enregistrement sur les bornes à faire sois même…dommage lorsque l’on paie un certain prix et que l’on a voyagé et accumulé la fatigue on attends une prestation plus humaine en terme de formalités administratives…et d’accueil.

Hat alles gepasst. Zimmer war groß, Betten und Pölster waren sehr bequem. Man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt.

Situato a pochi passi dalla metropolitana è un hotel molto accogliente. La stanza oltre ad essere bella è molto spaziosa e accessoriata. Il personale gentile e disponibile. Gli spazi comuni molto comodi.

Breakfast had too limited options. Only three types of sandwich which if you are staying for 1-2 nights is ok, but for a four day stay it was too much being offered the same sandwich for breakfast

Pros:

good shared areas clean environment fast check in and check out process friendly staff. Actually the staff did everything possible to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I t is an experience to stay in this hotel if you are ok with below..

Cons:

the breakfast actually is an option of 3 sandwiches good luck with that if you have kids. If you stay for more than 3 days we'll there is 7 eleven near by.... the room was very dark with small windows that we personally did not like (room 208) also spiders and dust behind the curtains.... sorry but I have to say it.

Designový klenot v Kyoto!
Pros:

Naprostý klenot v Hirošimě. Super přátelská obsluha. Nádherný design interiéru. Skvělá společenská místnost s bylinkovou vodou a čajem zdarma. Pohodlné futony a skvělá sprcha.
