Home2 Suites by Hilton Bloomington

The staff were wonderful! I had everything I could need during a hotel stay.

The Home2 Suites provides a convenient location for games and events at Memorial Stadium. It is also a good base for visiting the central IU campus and downtown Bloomington, both of which are either a short drive or a 20+ minute walk away.

Staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, saying "hi" each time we passed through the lobby. They also provided helpful recommendations for good local dining options.

As Honors Diamond members, we chose a room overlooking the Miller Showers Park ponds across the street from the hotel. The room was up to the typical Home2 Suites standard and kept incredibly clean, with the exception of the sofa cushions, which were worn and stained. Most importantly, the bathroom was spotless. Our 2-Queen room also had plenty of shelves and storage space for luggage.

The common facilities included a clean pool area and a nice outdoor patio right off of it. Breakfast was typical for a Home2 Suites, with a limited selection of hot and cold items. The exterior lots had ample parking, although the pavement was crumbling in several places.

I would definitely return to this hotel when visiting Bloomington again.

I had my second stay at this property, and it was just as great as the first. I remembered Ava, the front desk manager, from my previous visit, and she was just as welcoming and accommodating. She even remembered why I was staying and always took the time to make friendly conversation whenever we crossed paths, which made me feel truly valued as a returning guest. I'd also like to give a shoutout to Jaylee for her outstanding service. The property is exceptionally clean, the staff is fantastic, and I highly recommend staying here.

Night shift Front Desk Rissa & Kelly are amazing,always welcoming and if anything is needed they accommodate me.
Has been amazing seeing Kelly start roughly 3 weeks ago and how she truly is knowledgeable and has an awesome personality and overall very fitting for her role her at the hotel. Keep up the great work Kelly. This woman is a very fast learner, very polite and easy to talk to. Thanks for the chats and anyways asking me how my day was, and ensuring I had enough rest.
Rissa is always very polite and has been one of my go to personnel since being here since the beginning of June through the end of July.
Emma house keeping is amazing and the best, always friendly and if anything is wrong I can go to her. Thank you for making things right, when others look over my requests. Nikki, thank you for the letters wishing me a wonderful stay and hoping I had a great day, just that alone makes my day, when things aren't always the best or in the field, and especially being so far from home, and not being surrounded by our loved ones on a day to day basis as we usually are.
Sometimes I think you ladies go above and beyond. I didnt even expect you to do the dishes, but you did and it made my day a lot easier when I came back from work.
Very welcoming staff, and I would recommend this place to anyone.
To be honest, I would love to come back on personal time just to stay here.
Keep up the great job all of you and you all should be recognized for the amazing work you do.

My family and I recently stayed at this Home2 Suites location in Bloomington, and we had a fantastic experience. Right from the moment we walked in, you could tell the entire establishment is kept incredibly clean, well-maintained, and welcoming.
While the accommodations were excellent, the real standout of our trip was the front desk receptionist, Kelly. She was absolutely phenomenal! Kelly went completely above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She was incredibly helpful, warm, and took the time to give us the rundown on the area, pointing us toward some fantastic local cuisines and hidden-gem attractions we wouldn't have found otherwise.
It’s rare to find that level of genuine hospitality these days. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in Bloomington. Highly recommend!

Great stay, front desk young lady was very nice and helpful She recommended a few places to shop and eat I know not many young people like to work,yet alone over night, she was truly a gem. I believe her name was Kelly, Kelly Daniels ,she Also had a grat smile at all times.

Even though I wasn't able to stay at the Home2 Suites due to it being fully booked, I wanted to write a review so I could show full appreciation to the person who was working the front desk last night, Rissa. She went above and beyond to help me through a crisis situation even though she didn’t need to, and I can’t possibly thank her enough. Thank you, Rissa!

Great gym, location and price

I have been staying at Home2 Suites by Hilton for the past five months for business, and I would like to recognize two employees who have made my experience exceptionally welcoming and enjoyable.
Kendall and Eva have consistently gone above and beyond to accommodate my crew, assisting with room arrangements and extended stays whenever needed. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to help have made a significant difference throughout our time here.
They always make every effort to ensure our stay is comfortable, pleasant, and stress free. Their outstanding customer service truly reflects the hotel's commitment to hospitality.
I highly recommend this hotel and greatly appreciate the exceptional service provided by Kendall and Eva.
