My vehicle got broken into over the evening and my rear passenger window was smashed out
Wir waren nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise im Tru By Hilton. Die Umgebung ist am Abend sehr ruhig, man kann schon beinahe tot sagen, es gibt viele Hotels und Büros, aber es wohnt hier niemand. Für einen Besuch in Charlotte ist das Hotel daher vielleicht nicht so gut geeignet. Aber wir waren zufrieden, die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und sauber, das Personal freundlich und das Frühstück gut. Es war also alles so, wie man es sich für die Durchreise wünscht.

Not having extra towels already in the room. Only having enough for one nights stay at a time.
Absolutely best hotel to stay in the area. It’s new, comfortable, very clean, has all the necessary facilities. Love your breakfast, especially yogurt and orange juice.
I liked everything.
The woman at the front desk that was on 7/12 at 10pm was very helpful!! Not only was she very polite but we found out that she did not have support personnel available- she helped us resolve our issue with not having a tv remote for our room! She located “stray” remotes and brought them to our room and tested each one until she found the one that worked for our room television!!
She was on during additional nights allowing us to connect and thank her in person for the extra effort- and how positive she remained during each interaction we had!!
Parking lot unclear! No coffee machine in the room!

Very easy to navigate, in a nice quiet area
This property is always close by and in a great location!
The sheets weren’t fresh, I usually stay here but this time the sheets had a funny smell and didn’t seem too clean, some of the essentials weren’t fully stocked. However, it was a decent stay.
Great location. Checking staff, Elora, was super helpful, and was very patient when she got a lot of people checking in at once.
Room was small and it was difficult to fit our dog and his bed in the room with a king bed. We had stayed at a different Tru the week before the room was very large so we didn’t realize it would be different. The tv also didn’t have apps to sign into and wouldn’t connect to screen to screen. The dog area outside was covered in dog poop and smelled terrible. Lightning was also very bright with no dimmer light or dimmers in general.
Their breakfast was delicious and perfectly portioned. I’ve stayed here twice now, and it’s definitely going to be my next choice.

I understand this is a PET friendly hotel. However, I am concerned when pets are allowed in and around the buffet area during breakfast.
