Phenomenal, whenever I’m in Charlotte, regardless of the area, I’ll be staying at this location.
Pros:

I definitely enjoyed the location, how was hallway accessible. As well as it end its own little city area. It was very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly, and prompt with my request.

Nagyon kultúrált környéken van, rengeteg minden van gyalogtávolságra is. Személyzet kedves, szoba tiszta, ágy kényelmes. A reggeli bőséges.

Overall not bad except for the bathroom.
Pros:

Location was clean and pleasant. The room was clean except for the bathroom.

Cons:

The bathroom had several problems. The curb to retain water was loose and water went all over the bathroom. The caulk around the bottom of the toilet was out from under the toilet. One of the towel hangers was loose and when you would hang your towel it would get dumped on the floor. The exhaust fan was not working.
