We enjoyed our stay .. it was a beautiful experience with very friendly accomodating staff.
Pros:

Excellent venue.. very. Lovely and comfortable.

Cons:

Mostly pork served at breakfast.. nil other meat options for those that don’t eat pork.
Didn’t get any toiletries in our room.. no toothbrush no toothpaste

Step up Westin.
Pros:

On arrival at 3/10pm, 3 pm being the check in time, we were told that the room was not clean so we would have to wait at the club lounge.
The reception apologised and said the there would be a gift waiting in the room for me which i never received for my birthday.
It was nice that we did get a complementary glass of bubbles at the lobby and waited at the club lounge room until the room was available.
We got a room on the 28th floor with lounge access which we had paid when we booked the stay,
We then went into our room which was very spacious with a very large window with a beautiful view especially of the Church.
My sister and i had 2 beds and my sister pointed out that there was a stain on her bed sheet. I contacted the reception and straight away house keeping changed the sheets.
I wanted to brush my teeth but there was no amenity kit. I had to call house keeping to get the tooth brush kit delivered.
We wanted to play some music through the tv but it did not work.
I called reception to look into the matter and unfortunately when the gentleman came up to the room he was not able to sort out the problem and apologised.
No safe in room which was a concern.
We wanted to order a club sandwich through the room service but this was not available on the room service menu . VERY DISAPPOINTING as this is the standard item to be on the menu at so many hotels in Australia and overseas.
We did enjoy the club lounge which served sufficient food and drinks during 5-7pm.
Service was great at the club lounge and thank you so much to YUKO and her team. Excellent high end service. Well done ladies.
Over all i would not rate it a 5 star hotel and we moved on to the Double Tree at Elizabeth Qyay where we got our club sandwich and prompt service.
Westin you need to up your game.

Decent hotel in CBD Perth, not quite five star.
Pros:

Overall a good and chill hotel, decent facilities. Doormen not the best and very slow lifts.

Cons:

Almost too relaxed service. Location is an issue, it sometimes felt unsafe right outside the hotel due to homeless folks wandering about.

Beautiful Stay
Pros:

Our 4 night stay was simply amazing. The location was so good. Close to everything, especially if travelling with kids. Very clean. Breakfast was delicious, even though the same every day, we didn't mind it. The room was nice and spacious and we spent a little extra and got an amazing view (higher floor). The bed was super comfy and big. We didn't use the hotel paid car park as we were out a lot, and during evenings we got free street parking close to the hotel. I loved the aroma of the hotel when you entered, so luxurious. And the staff was amazing at the breakfast room in Garum. So helpful. Shout out to Chris who helped us with our itinerary as well. I give this amazing hotel and our stay a 10/10. Keep it up guys !!

Cons:

I booked online on booking.com for 2 rooms, 2 adults and 3 children.

When I checked in they had two double rooms so I had to pay extra for a roll out bed. I was then told one child stayed for free but I still got charged for the extra bed but it wasn't extra because when I booked it was 3 children anyway.

not happy because if I knew there were extra costs I would of stayed elsewhere,

Disappointing. Not five star! Shameful breakfast. Overworked and uninterested staff

Great location. And a nice smelling reception. That’s about it.

Cons:

Attention to detail is really lacking. Their cleaning staff do not do a good job. If you are expecting a 5 star service. You will be sorely disappointed. They had a restaurant downstairs that I went to for lunch. I ordered the butter chicken. There was a long blonde hair in the food. I asked for the food to be taken back. No apology, nothing! The waitress took it back and returned with the same plate, gaslighting me that the hair in the food is actually a strand from a vegetable! Absolutely disgusting. I stayed for one week, my bedding was not changed even once. Despite the make up stains. Please don’t waste your money on breakfast unless you want stale disgusting bread and pastries and a very dirty table to eat from. Overall disappointing! I wouldn’t stay here again if you begged me

It was close to the city centre, walking distance to the library and museum.

Cons:

On our second evening we ate at the Haven Lounge and our wait staff member bought over serviettes and cutlery. She handed my husbands to him instead of placing it on the table and she threw mine at me and called out 'Have a great evening ' and walked away quickly. We were going to ask for water but she didn't give us the opportunity and no other staff came near the table. This was only one incident but it tainted the whole stay.
We also asked for an accessible room and the reception staff member assured me she had changed my room and did not charge me extra, but it was a basic room, not accessible. I needed assistance in the shower and toilet and there was none. Really not impressed. If the room was already taken she could have said that. I would have understood. But to lie.
