Cons:

It was hard to find information in the room about a number to call for express pickup after having a meal delivered. When my tray was eventually cleared the next day the mugs and teaspoons were not replaced so I could not make a cup of tea.
Not enough Gluten free food options in menu especially without nuts/almond meal.

Good for a short break.
Pros:

Very good spacious room. Excellent service for delivery of request for ice.

Cons:

Complicated breakfast system, and the buffet had congestion areas, so needs some redesigning.

The room was great, I received a massive room with 2 bathrooms, the accessibility toilet included, the room was massive and modern and had a really good space for my 8.5 month baby to put his crib, so it was great.

Cons:

No halal food or options in breakfast, the breakfast spread was really abysmal and restaurant closes at 9 at night for a tourist it’s really not that great and not a lot of options for the in-room dining. I stayed at 1501, if these problems weren’t there I wouldve given a 10

Staff were incredible and the location was amazing!

Cons:

We had no water from 5am — 9:30am on floor 23. We were sent to shower on floor 7, where the water was also not working and I was forced to bathe in dirty brown water, and use the bottled water to clean the rest of myself off. Absolutely unacceptable when I’m being charged $470 per night. No discounts offered, only a box of cookies and a “we’re sorry” 🥴
