It was clean, room was spacious. Good location.
The price. Breakfast wasn’t included. I wasn’t able to have a late checkout. No free water bottles was offered. I expected more bathroom amenities. We had to request housekeeping services.
Large room, good beds, WC good
I bought "breakfast included"
When we arrived for breakfast there was a price ticket on every item and they said 30usd was included for the room.
When we looked at the menu and prices, it was no way to get breakfast for 2 for 30usd
At the bar, they offered 4 draft beers, more or less sold out. The bar tender had new tanks to replace empty ones, but not the key to do the job.
4 of us ordered white wine at the bar, the first one got it in a regular white wine glass, next one different glass, third one still another type of glass and the the forth one in plastic glass. Sorry no more glasses available.
At the room is a TV. The instructions were glued on table under the TV, I saw the label, but impossible to read it.
To top our stay as ordinary tourists, we had to pay FIFA price for our stay at the hotel
The Hotel was clean and convenient to the Harbor/docks
Our room was on the first floor by a very busy street. The constant traffic noise through the night kept us awake.
Location
The staff was the most unhelpful people I have ever meet. Could not recommend a place to eat. Asked them to text when room was ready, her reply was she was too busy for that. Asked another front desk person if he could make a copy for me, was told didn’t have a copy machine. What Hotel doesn’t have a copy machine. The price of the room should have come with at least 2 bottles of water . Instead they charge $8.00 a bottle.

It is super clean and the staff are super nice.
Was there for 4 nights, my room was not attended too, I was making the bed and emptying the trash cans, I am a very tidy person and I get the " Environment Thing" (SAVING MONEY) using the same dirty bath towels over again for 4 days, again I am good with that, but for 4 days my room was not attended too? I will say that the staff and management were very friendly and accommodating.

The property was situated in a good area which felt very safe at all times, even late at night. It also had good amenities and was very clean.
