IHG have always been very clean. That’s why I enjoy staying in their hotels.

I booked 2 twin beds from Booking.com to be told at the front desk, they don’t have twin beds and the only room available was a king size room. Very disappointing. It finally worked out however the initial check in was not too pleasing. Please check the bed size/rooms that you list.

Very comfortable. Will definitely book again
Pros:

The breakfast was okay. Especially for the price of hotel.
The staff was very helpful and professional.
The location was very good for visit local friends and restaurants
Very impressed at how clean everything was

Cons:

The heat and AC was not easy to operate. The dial was easy to press but couldn’t quite get the temperature we wanted but no big deal at all.
That’s basically our only small complaint.

Decent stay but they don’t play well with booking.com
Pros:

Decent service and facilities. Location not so great, but quiet.

Cons:

They refused to give me an invoice because I booked through booking.com even though I paid the hotel directly. In such cases booking.com can’t give an invoice because I didn’t pay them. I asked for an invoice for weeks from the hotel and now they just say they can’t find my booking. Ridiculous.
