Good value stay
Pros:

The location, free parking and room was clean and comfortable *albeit small* there was also a shower and sink in the room. The whole hotel was recently renovated and breakfast was included in the price

Cons:

The room was situated just above the roof of the kitchen and extractor fans which were very loud. The toilets were shared facilities and there were 2 for the floor 6 or 8 bedrooms. Unfortunately both had been left unclean by other guests. Fortunately the night porter cleaned them.

Great value
Pros:

One night stay for a concert at Bellahouston Park and the Crookston was a great choice. Single rooms were comfortable and good value for money. Staff very helpful. The bar is lively at night haha, but that's a good sign 😅

Beautifully refurbished hotel with all we needed.
Pros:

Newly refurbished and spotlessly clean. Everything was modern and bed was comfortable. Access to iron and ironing board in the hallway. Reasonably priced drinks at the bar and very good service.

Cons:

Room was a bit compact. Didn’t like breakfast much a bit overcooked and I found a black hair on my plate at the end. Obviously from the cook who came out for her breakfast, no hair covering on when she was in the kitchen. No instructions for coffee machine

Everything was fine and I'm happy to recommend.
Pros:

The member of staff who checked me in was really friendly. I'd had some difficulties with my journey which had meant I'd spent several hours in borderline panic attack territory, and her empathy was appreciated!

Cons:

Not a big thing but at some point in the middle day of my stay my chair vanished. It wasn't a problem and I'm sure there will h ve been a good reason though. Just a surprise :-)

Very nice stay, but loud
Pros:

Affordable. Comfy rooms. Right next to the train station into town. Lovely breakfast included.

Cons:

The bar below the rooms played very loud music till 12am. Loud enough it went through ear plugs.

Pros:

The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment and what a great job is being done so far. Our twin room was beautiful.Bar area was really nice, met couple locals who were lovely and gave us advice on getting to bellahouston park. Great location and good value for money. Breakfast was tasty and hot too. Staff on the whole were very attentive.

Cons:

Minor details for the room, maybe a floor length mirror and the bathroom could do with a towel ring and perhaps a hook for somewhere to hang up clothes while showering etc. Really nothing bad to say.

Ok but a bit noisy.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok, hotel was sufficient for my needs.

Cons:

Shared bathroom not ideal.
Arrived at 11:30PM, nobody was there but a cleaner did let me in.
Very noisy with people banging and talking in loud voices at 6AM.
