Pros:

Hotel was being refurbished so a little noisy but we knew that

Cons:

The fact that have we had booked through the hotel we would have got a 20 per cent discount,but booked through you so no discount for the breakfast and noise in the morning

A very good visit to Glasgow and surrounding area with a very comfortable stay at a local hotel.
Pros:

Recently renovated hotel rooms were very clean and modern. Just perfect for a short stay at an affordable price. Cosy bar area and friendly staff. Hotel was well situated for easy access to Glasgow city and surrounding areas.

Cons:

They were still renovating the kitchen area and so no food was available on site but we knew this before we booked and did not detract from our stay.

Newly refurbished, well appointed rooms.
Pros:

Newly refurbished rooms and well equipped. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Shame the kitchen was closed (especially as the Comm games was on) for refurbishment but if it is as good the rest of it is then this won’t be a problem when done.

Pros:

The location was ok for work the place is having work done which didn't affect my stay and it looks like it will be nice when finished.

Cons:

My room was small with the shower at the bottom of my bed, the shower was poor with no pressure or hot water. There wasn’t a toilet either and I had to share a toilet on the corridor, I ended up having to use the shower located in the toilet room as well. Hopefully these things will be sorted when the works are completed.

Having stayed there before, I was happy that things were good as before.
