o hotel atende as necessidades do viajante. conforto, agilidade, localização

Cons:

o hotel precisa gerenciar melhor a área de estacionamento. Nas noites de quinta-feira um culto religioso contratou dependencias do hotel e as pessoas ocupam deliberadamente as vagas dos hóspedes sem respeitar as vagas de 3a idade e de invalidos. além disso os motoristas da região usam o estacionamento como atalho/retorno podendo causar algum acidente

Deram Cama de Solteiro; questionamos se não poderia trocar pela de casal e ele negou! O q me Causa descontentamento e frustração, é que imediatamente cancelei a hospedagem e tentamos o hotel Íbis! E graças a Deus por isso!! Fomos super bem recepcionados pela funcionária Vitória, ela conseguiu incluir o café e o hotel é maravilhoso!! Cama macia, chuveiro delicioso! Lençóis macios e cheirosos e o café não deixou a desejar!! Ainda bem q o hotel Transamerica foi tão ineficiente no atendimento; se não nós não teríamos o prazer de nos hospedar no hotel Íbis!
