The breakfast was very good
The shower was really not working
Location and staff great. Restaurant great.
TV broken and not fixed after we reported. Elevator broke for 30 minutes until they reset it. WiFi useless. Shower weirdly would cease; needed to randomly move handle until it would stay on.
Bar was lovely, as was the breakfast
Noise outside at 3am was loud and we had to keep the windows open as no air conditioner
Location is great for where we needed to go. Not far from the city centre which is handy. Love the two for £15 cocktail menu at the bar. Staff kindly accommodated early arrival on the day.
Thank goodness each room came with a powerful little fan as the rooms were roasting.
Dinner menu didn't match what was online. Didn't feel super welcomed on arrival. Another couple we knew who were staying there had broken bathroom facilities i.e. toilet wouldn't flush and shower had little to no water pressure. Bathroom and towels didn't feel super clean. Stairway layout was very confusing, but the single lift took ages to go anywhere.
Due to the warm weather, we had to keep windows open but outside was a bit lively so it wasn't noise friendly.
Bed was comfortable and was a great location.
Room and halls were very dark. Room was very warm.
Good location walking distance from centre
Nothing
Love the hotel. Great location. Cool bar. My room was lovely. My bed was super-comfy. Staff were cool. I'll be back and I'm bringing friends!!
Had a very minor issue with a junior doorman in the bar with some guests late in the evening but when I raised with with the hotel management the following morning, the issue was resolved. Quality customer service
Mosquitos and extremely hot inside. I booked a voidable bed and got 2 single beds.
Heavy energies and old facilities.
Location and value for money was ideal.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Food and drinks in the restaurant was very good. Would use again
Could smell the drains in the bathroom.
Bed was comfortable
Far too dark
Lift didn't work and found it very hard to climb stairs as dissatisfied.
Receptionist was very helpful though
Staff are brilliant
The cleanliness
