Beds were too soft
Convenient, friendly staff and surprisingly quiet room even though we were on the Main Street.
To be honest the restaurant for dinner was disappointing. The food was fine but they were understaffed and we didn’t receive our drinks order. The server we had however was lovely but run off her feet.
Great staff, very accommodating. The hotel itself was lovely too.
Lack of WiFi in room 103.
Staff were very pleasant, especially Shauna who was our waitress for breakfast
The shower didn’t work well at all, kept turning off and the pressure was poor
Blinds had no handle so had to be manually rolled back up

Firstly had to wait 25mins on my room being ready while multiple other people checked in. Had to take the lift to the 3rd floor, it’s dodgy as hell would rather have took the stairs. The room itself was standard. Tv didn’t work, fan didn’t work. Went to take a shower- it literally dribbled water!!!! Will not be back so so disappointed!
The bar room with the big tree was beautiful. Our room was very aesthetically pleasing.
Thought the hallways and room was quite dark. I think it’s meant to be intentional but i thought it was maybe a bit too dark, especially if there was an emergency and guests have to evacuate; just as a safety concern. Receptionist staff were okay, not as friendly as the bar and restaurant staff. Didn’t ask us how we found our stay or anything when checking out. Restaurant staff were lovely, especially the older jolly man who cracked jokes with us. Breakfast and dinner options could benefit from a better variety.
Size of the room,location was on point,accessible to everywhere I needed to get to.
The fact they had a wedding booked in and didnt tell me untill the week of my stay,so the restaurant was for wedding guests only after 4pm.
Hotel is in a great location as we were for a concert at Ormeau Park which is about 20mins walk away. Room was clean and a decent size, bed was comfortable.
Due to recent warm weather the room was really warm and sleeping was difficult and uncomfortable. There was a fan provided which helped a bit. Shower was a bit of a let down, no water pressure and more like a trickle of water. Iron leaked water all over my clothes which was a pain and temp control dial was broken off. We arrived back from concert around 11pm and hotel bar was already closed which was disappointing.
